Nice location BUT otherwise poor.we…

Nice location BUT otherwise poor.we checked in at NH Sienna. Safe not working and couldn’t fix,reported. Requested milk for coffee machine told non available however cleaner just outside door and she gave me some! Next morning coffee machine not working jammed pods,reported 10.00 am returned after 3.00 pm still not working .I finally took coffee machine to reception and they sorted it! Our room faces a football stadium,had a match so NOISY could not hear ourselves,I think clients should be informed as we came for a peaceful break.
