The salon provides an exceptional experience with its seamless reception process and efficient treatments. I've never had to wait longer than five minutes, which is a testament to their punctuality and organization. The staff offers thorough and transparent explanations about the products they use, including their benefits and effectiveness, ensuring you feel informed and confident throughout the process.

Their actual treatment is good, but their customer service is not. I once travelled an hour to a different location because of a sale they had going on. I then waited an hour in the waiting room to then be told that I couldn't get anything done that day because my last treatment was within three months. The receptionist knew that but just had me wait the hour to see the doctor to tell me that. When I emailed customer service about it, they could care less.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Hasan! She is truly an artist when it comes to aesthetics. I wanted a very natural look for my lips and cheekbone, and she delivered beyond my expectations. The results are subtle yet beautifully defined, enhancing my features without looking overdone . She took the time to understand what I wanted and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for natural and refined aesthetic treatments!

I can't complain about the doctor's performance because, at the moment, the lips look nice and natural. But I can definitely complain about the total lack of empathy on behalf of the doctor, it is quite obvious that for them we are just numbers and that asking for a check-up (offered by the clinic itself, by the way) is a nuisance. I was told that I could have massaged my lips on my own (and I wonder how if this is my first treatment and I have no idea how it works), but I can say that even after attending I don't think it is a simple procedure and I could have ruined the doctor's work. It is clear that for you one patient is as good as another, because ‘lost one, in the society in which we live, ten more come along. But I don't find it respectful to treat a patient with such indifference and especially to highlight other ‘defective’ features of their bodies to justify asymmetries. Perhaps in addition to seeing numbers, one should also see the people to whom you offer a service, who come to improve themselves and who, at times, may also have insecurities or other things to overcome, which is why they go through such procedures, and certainly these attitudes are not helpful, even less professional.

I’ve had multiple Botox treatments with Ärztin Aziz and she is always professional, personable and caring. She does a great job and I will be back again.

Everything went great. The aesthetician is very nice and welcoming. I would recommend to everyone. Very nice ambience and accessible prices. 5 stars

I had lip filler at the Glasgow clinic which left me with severe bumps in my lips (so bad that they used a needle and squeezed the superficially + terribly placed filler like a spot). I have had to pay £100 for dissolver and will likely need to go back for more for it to be fully fixed. They have never once apologies for the terrible results.
