My very first time of botox treatment is with Dr. Schuhmann in Zürich. The reason for the 2 stars less on my rating is that first, my frown line is reduced only by ca. 60% -70%. Second, I was told it will last 3-6 months. I had the treatment on Dec. 12 and already two weeks ago, my frown line is slowly getting deeper again. Dr. Schuhmann is not very friendly (at least to me) but neither is he arrogant or something like that. He is this "matter-of-fact / let's talk business" type of doctor. My advice is to get yourself well-informed first about the treatment you want before you go to the clinic.

I had one eye filler but was left very disappointed,one eye has definitely not had enough injection than the other.
Does not look good!

I would not recommennd to this company.

I fainted in the process of getting botox and a filler. Having found the consultant unfriendly and he mishandled the situation. In the end, my original problem area was not dealt attended to.

I attempted multiple times to call in or email asking for a touch-up on the company without any response back.

I have visited M1 Beauty in Wiesbaden and Frankfurt multiple times and I was satisfied every time. My last experience last week was excellent because the doctor knew exactly what I needed before I even said it. That just confirmed to me that the team takes time to observe a client's face and make the best recommendations while at the same time taking the client's desires into consideration. Eveline.

I wouldn't let anyone else touch my face! After bad experiences in other beauty centers in Berlin, I met Dr. Fiorella Rodríguez and finally got the results I've been so long waiting for. I recommend M1 100%!

The reception personal is friendly and fast, the place looks great and the doctors are professional and kind.

Brillant results and company I went to the Glasgow and the doctor and my Botox was spot on, you have as well a free revision after your session (if the Botox didn’t kick in) I’m so happy with the results I would definitely go back and recommend it!

After treatment. Was expecting an email for a check up closer to the 3 weeks. tried calling every day and emailing no replies 2 weeks in. The receptionist really dont check their emails. Had complications but they still refused my checkup a few days after the 3 weeks. Receptionist told me I should have booked it for 2 weeks. I was not told this by the doctor who mentioned 3. Why be told 3 weeks if you cant go back around that time especially when you have been emailing and calling? The price was £140. Being this disgusted really doesnt affect them in any way they dont care if they lost potential lifelong customers they still get their salary.

Unfairly inflexible when it comes to running late for appointments. We live in London, therefore transport can be very unreliable. Twice now, they have cancelled my appointment for running late, however, on a number of occasions, I have been sat in reception well after my appointment was due, and I've never complained as I understand how businesses work and that appointments run over time. Additionally, the botox they use must be a very inferior brand as I had movement after 6 weeks. I have a lot of friends around my age who are always looking for recommendations, however, I won't be recommending M1. To add to this, I have mental health issues and going through an extremely tough time in life, I was really looking forward to a bit of pampering which I know would have helped with my mental health state, but that wasn't to be. Customer Service has really declined in London. Bad service everywhere I go. Don't book with this company.
