if you are planning to make a business using them , stay away they have support but it use to be great now it seem they are using AI to respond and things will take days to get fix and not reliable do your business with another provider

Concern Over Unauthorized Charges and Poor Communication

Very disappointed with how my account issue is being handled. A card that I requested to be removed is still linked to my account, and auto-charging was enabled without my consent or prior notification.
This is no longer just a technical problem, it involves unauthorized billing and poor communication. I’m still waiting for clear explanations, corrective action, and written confirmation that the issue has been resolved.

For all active accounts, a default payment method is required to remain on file. This is a standard system requirement to ensure uninterrupted service and to process any applicable charges related to the account’s activity. Because the account remains active, the payment method cannot be fully removed, even if it was previously requested.

Regarding auto-charging, charges are only triggered based on account usage or active services, the details of which are outlined in the terms agreed to at the time of account activation. No manual action is taken to enable charges outside of these system rules.

That said, we acknowledge that the communication around this could have been clearer, and we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this caused. We are happy to:
Confirm which payment method is currently set as default
Review any charges in detail

I would not recommend these jokers

I would not recommend these jokers, I have the payment setup on PayPal to pay them on every billing date. I'm guessing that because there are different days in the month they get paid a day late and they jump down your throat. The servers are down more than up, I pay them yearly or maybe 6 monthly and they still demand more money. I'm closing my account, I have hosted websites with probably more than 20 companies and these idiots are the worst of the lot.

I signed up for m2hosting years ago…

I signed up for m2hosting years ago because they were cheap and gave me virtually unlimited space, etc. However, they recently "upgraded" to a more expensive account, without consulting me, citing that I exceeded their NEW criteria for hosting. I have deleted domain parked or redirected from the site and 8 emails to get down to the 2 domains and 10 email restrictions imposed. I prepaid for three years under the initial criteria, which appears to have changed. So, I will no longer stay with them once my prepaid subscriptions expire and probably move to another hosting company that I have, such as webhostingpad.com or ?? Just saying, they lost me as a loyal customer with the new changes they are enforcing!
