M2 property is our building managing agent. Since they became our managing agent we have been going through a lot : insurance claims, Interrior and exterior building repairs. M2 know exactly what they are doing, they are trustworthy, highly professional and know very well their job. Thank you to Mark and team for your dedication and hard work.

M2 manages our block of flats in London.

Mark and his team were always on hand for whatever we needed and any maintenance issues were always dealt with swiftly.

M2 took all the stress out of running the block and all the required paperwork was always filled out on time.

Having had our building managed by a number of different agencies over the years, M2 Property has been by far the best. Every issue so far has been dealt with swiftly and professionally without the usual delays and excuses that other companies have given us. Not being one to leave reviews normally, I have to say that M2 Property has really been a success for us and I hope it continues this way. Andrew

M2 Property have been handling the rental and care of my home in London for over 10 years. It's owned and run by trustworthy and serious people, Mark and Elliot, and they have a good team in place to organise both the rental, done by Serena and and Kirsty, and care aspects done by Claudia, to keep things running the way they need to be. It's a small but serious team and I can definitely recommend them.

We stayed at this property for a week in April and I wish we could have stayed longer. It was more than enough space for our family of four (two adults, two teens). It is an ideal location - the street itself is quiet, but very near bustling Kensington. Easy access to the tube. Adjacent to a walking/bicycle path along Holland Park. The place itself was clean and comfortable. It was very nice to be able to use the washer/dryer (allowing us to get by with just carry-on luggage). We wouldn't hesitate to book the unit again!

Great experience with M2 Property overall, and their property manager Claudia specifically. She is kind, professional and incredibly efficient. Always smiling, even when the issues seem unfixable - and always finds a solution that works best for all involved.

I have been with M2 since 2007 and their management has been exceptional. Their choice of tenant’s has been very good, thus I have never missed any rent payments. The property has been very well looked after and through renovations they kept me abreast of all actions and during Covid I was fully kept up to date with my tenants financial situation. I highly recommend this company if you have a rental property. Serena and Elliot are very good and have provided continuous 5 star service.

M2 Property Management have been looking after both the rental aspect of my property as well as the building management for over the last ten years, and I have nothing but praise for their professionalism and effectiveness, as well as their warm friendly manner.

Throughout lockdown and Covid they continued to work so professionally, offering a full service whilst observing all restrictions, enabling me to have please of mind whilst so far away from my rental property.

M2 are currently overseeing and co-ordinating an extensive external maintenance and decoration project on the building and I have been informed and consulted on all aspects of work, with interim schedules, as appropriate.

Huge thanks to the whole team, especially Claudia, Kirsty and Mark, and many others who always assist me as and when needed.

I’ve been using M2 Property for almost 2 years now and I’m extremely pleased with their level of professionalism. Everything is run very efficiently - property management, accounts, lettings etc. They respond to emails and calls quickly and, most importantly, they listen to their clients. My property even needed a fair bit of maintenance before it could go back on the rental market and this was handled promptly and in a cost-effective manner by the M2 team. Our experience with the M2 property agency was absolutely amazing. Most of the agencies in London don’t even bother to help with short term lets whereas M2 property was not like that. As soon as we contacted the agency we found a great flat in a great area and the whole process was very smooth and simple.

The worst don’t use this company fraudulent.

I have worked for the past 20 years with a number of managers and this is by far the worst I have come across. All they are looking for is to serve "ladies who lunch" who know nothing about property management and never ask for any justification to their actions. The list of unprofessionalism is endless: no discipline in asking quotes for works, botched accounts, no respect of personal property of owners, partiality to serve only the owners who have not given them negative feedback or have not asked extra questions. Mark is shouting at his client over the phone, sending endless threatening emails for matters which have absolutely no legal ground, refusing to send basic information about the accounts, bypassing the clients he does not want to hear from, refusing to hold a meeting with all owners to discuss building matters, refusing to engage in an external redecoration process despite obvious issues of building maintenance because his preferred owners do not want to pay, refusing to look into matters of fraud in the matters of the building or even to get a fair sharing of costs for all freeholders of the company.
All of the above has happened in just the first six months of M2property starting to manage the property and it is now moving to litigation.
This company puts the entire profession of building managers to shame. Stay away from them at any cost.

I recently moved into a flat managed by M2 Property and I can only say good things about my experience so far.
Initially, when I called to view a flat, this had just been taken, but M2 offered to show me another flat that met my criteria instead. This sounds like a very sensible thing to do, but not every lettings agent thinks this far!
When I viewed the flat, the person showing me around was ON TIME - again something that hardly every happens these days - and he actually knew the answers to any questions I had instead of telling me to ask someone else. He actually did his job - which again, not really happens these days anymore.
Furthermore, there are no "hidden charges" as you often see with other lettings agents - big bonus.
The team has been very open, approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and overall professional in our interactions so far. Definitely a far better (and actually incomparable) experience compared to my previous lettings agent.
