Lost a star by emailing the wrong delivery date

Trading as M4tec.com they had an excellent range of kitchen cabinet handles.

I placed the order on the Easter Bank holiday Monday. By 4pm on the Tuesday I had an email confirmation saying the package would arrive the next day (Wednesday). It didn't. Wednesday came and went with no further communication. First thing Thursday I got an email saying it would arrive that day (Thursday). It did.

Making allowances for a backlog over the Easter weekend, the next day delivery failure is perhaps forgivable, but it still has to lose a star for giving the wrong delivery date.

The handles themselves were beautiful.
