Faulty product, poor after-sales service
Pre-sales advice excellent, sadly the product and the after-sales did not match up to that. I bought a Norcool unit for my wine cellar from Ma Cave a Vin, and had it professionally installed. It came with a 5 year warranty. Within 2 years it broke down. The warranty agents took weeks to fix it. In March this year - almost 12months exactly after the last problem, it broke down again. Apparently the same problem, but also some other problems as well (all related to parts). I was informed in no uncertain terms that despite these repeated malfunctions, the unit would not be replaced, only repaired. It is now September, nearly 6 months later, and I am still waiting for the repairs. In the meantime we have had the hottest summer on record and I fear my wine collection is now ruined. Seriously upsetting.
