Don't do it!
In two words: never again! Not kosher people on the floor, shoddy valuations (let We-transfer links expire and caused delays in mortgage applications) and extremely unfriendly customer contact. The customer service didn't even repsonded anymore.

When I ordered a valuation report, I was promised delivery within a week, including the waiting time for an appointment. However, now, 10 days later, I've been informed that it actually takes 5 working days post-appointment to prepare the report, with a possibility of a few more days for verification. This doesn't align with their initial promises, and it feels like they aren't keeping their word. The process has been frustratingly slow, leading to a significant delay with application.

Do not recommend! Horrible experience!
Als ik dit bedrijf een echte beoordeling zou kunnen geven, zou ik 'nul' geven. Het verstrekte energielabelrapport klopte niet. Ze gaven ons huis een 'D'-label dat aanzienlijk lager was voor het type gebouw in de buurt. Om die reden moesten we de second opinion aanvragen bij een ander kantoor, het label dat werd gegeven was 'B'. Toen ik bij Maatwerk klaagde over de kwaliteit van hun werk, accepteerden ze dat totaal niet, ze vonden altijd excuses waarom ze fouten hadden gemaakt. Afschuwelijke ervaring!
If I could give a real rating to this company I would give 'zero'. The energy label report that was provided was incorrect. They gave our house a 'D' label which was considerably lower for the type of the building in the neighbourhood. For that reason, we had to apply for the second opinion with another firm, the label given was 'B'. When I complained to Maatwerk about the quality of their work, they comletely failed to accept it, always found excuses of why they have done mistakes. Horrible experience!

There are better ways to do this
There is no reason you should trust a random real-estate agent, which might not even be familiar with your neighborhood, to do the evaluation. This is how Maatwerk works. Do yourself a favor and go and find a real-estate agent with some experience in your neighborhood to give you a fair assessment.
I had really bad experience with Maatwerk itself and the third-party agent.
Maatwerk refused to put me in touch with the agent, and refused to talk to me over the phone. They simply respond via WhatsApp and that's it.

Hi everyone,
I am an expat and did not know how to buy a house and how to do an inspection before buying it. Fortunately, everything in Netherland is based on trust and truth and I had a great experience. I was able to find a lovely house and more important than finding a house, Maatwerk helped me a lot in viewing and inspecting all single corners of the house. The colleague from Maatwerk was super on time, kind and caring and his English was perfect! He translated and explained everything to me with patience. The cost was also quite reasonable! I do recommend Maatwerk.
