If I could give negative starts, I would.
I bought 2 dresses and I haven't gotten them yet or even a satisfactory answer to why I haven't gotten my order.
Every time I ask, they give the same answer: Too busy, taking time. Products shipped.
But the tracking number is fake and doesn't exist on the supposed Courier's website.
Don't trust The Mab-shop.net.
They will steal your money
Do not purchase from this site it is not legit. They will not respond to requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges. False advertisement.
Ordered jeans from here. Poor fit and quality. Tried to return and heard nothing. I feel this is a scam.
orders Bras - XXL this might fit my 8 year grand daughter. Cant find a way to return products - cheaply made anyway
Very good experience, I ordered a pair of cargo pants that didn't fit me, Liza in customer service handled the return very well and sent me back one in the right size.
This is a huge scam! Dont buy from them, the products are a joke and they dont accept returns stating that her product was sold on promotion.
I ordered the bras according to their sizing. They are TOO small. They will NOT take any returns because they were bought under a promotion. Do NOT purchase anything from here!!!!
This company is a huge SCAM! The listed phone number states that they will get back to you within 3 hours. No one will ever call you, email you or reply to your ticket. They will drag their feet and let the returns date lapse. They will then tell your credit card company that you never contacted them to resolve the issue. They are not only unethical, they are misleading customers and that is illegal.
Website looks legit, but nothing adds up? All kinds of discounts, last day of sale and all characteristics of a legitimate website. Order tracking, customer service, etc.
However, no follow up on emails, phone number always goes to voicemail.
When you phone, call directs to Florida but site address is in New Mexico. Credit card transaction indicates, Dieppe France? Too many negative variables! My order was to be shipped 2-6 business days....I realistically think it won't?
So buyer beware.
If Trustpilot were a reputable company, they would vet the sites better before putting their name on the website. The Mab is a rip-off and a scam. No working phone- no deliveries made. I will never believe trust pilot again and you might reevaluate your name because it’s not a trustworthy system.
