Scam
I only gave this review after waiting months trying to convert my balance to cash, and every time I get the same message: "No space. Try again next month." It's not just me; my husband and I both experience this, even though this system wasn't in place when we first started using the app. I'm starting to suspect a scam.

Quite motivated app for waking
Quite motivated app for waking, however payout is impossible, I am tying to reach silver status now to see what will happen, but to be honest not really optimistic with payouts, I have triend couple of times as I was eligible for payout with bronze and nothing, they said all vouchers for paying out sold out and this was on couple of occasions

I enjoy using this app besides it's flaws
I enjoy using this app and I have earnt a good amount of money from it so far. I'm rating 4 stars though because recently there are very few games available to me. Also sometimes my game rewards haven't been recieved so I've had to chase it which is frustrating.

Don't downoad this app if you think you will make life-changing amounts of cash (because you wont) but...
I've been using this app for just over a year and it's given me circa £150 back in that time, just for walking my dogs.
Which whilst not enough to retire on is much better than a poke in the ear with a rusty fork....

Deceptive practices and systematic withdrawal rejections for high-tier users
I am giving this app a one-star rating because the withdrawal process is incredibly slow and, frankly, feels like a calculated scam. I have used this app consistently, reaching Gold status and following every rule, only to have my fair and hard-earned withdrawal rejected by an automated "security system" the moment I requested a payout. It is deeply suspicious that the app has no issues with your account while it is collecting your personal data, tracking your movement habits, and earning revenue from your attention during promotional game periods, yet suddenly flags you for "fraud" the second you try to collect the promised reward.
This feels like a data-harvesting operation disguised as a fitness app. They promise to pay you for your activity, but once you reach a significant amount, they stop the payout without any specific explanation and effectively blacklist your account. Even after escalating the issue to a team lead, the resolution is dragged out for weeks with excuses about third-party partners. Do not be fooled by the "Gold" status or the promises of cash; they are happy to take your data and your time, but they will find every excuse to keep the money for themselves. I strongly advise others to be careful with their information, as this platform appears to be designed to avoid paying out to its most dedicated users.
