Very good service quick delivery

no way to get customer support.

AVOID this company at all costs.

Website says next day delivery (even has a count down to show you the deadline)

Delivery was a no show, called the number to eventually get an answer with the words “HELLO”

Communication was poor, told it was just a sales line and had to email them.

It was pointed out that if I read the T&Cs they don’t guarantee next day delivery but it seems that’s the norm rather than an exceptional reason.

I pushed them and pushed them for clarification to then have my order cancelled and refunded.

Seems I’ve dodged a bullet as when I’ve researched the company they sell substandard products and then help is zero afterwards.

Spend a bit more and buy from a reputable company

Have not delivered item. Do not pick up calls or respond to email. Website says 24hr delivery

Communication was very poor. I ordered with them because they offered next day delivery. Half the order arrived a day late the other half came 3 days later. But the worst thing was the lack of communication. I rang customer service to be told I would get a dispatch email that day - 3 times. I never got a dispatch email or tracking link. Just made it all very stressful.

At first, we don't have any updates of the wherabouts of the delivery then after we it was delivered, we received wrong macerator pump. Called them andnow Waiting for the response from their email and how to return their macerator.

Absolutely appalling after sales service from this company.

Had two saniflos from them now, both of which haven’t functioned the way they should, you call their website telephone number if you’re lucky to get an answer they just tell you it’s a sales line you have email your problem and wait for a reply… I’ve been chasing them since December for an update on 1 saniflo Installation and march on another, never comes.

Absolute joke!

The pump I bought is the copy of suniflo pump. Macerator pump broke in 5 months. No response on the contact numbers and they do not reply the emails sent through their website. Do not purchase fake items from this business. I am reporting this business to trading standards.

We have had a macerator from this company for less than two years and it's broken. They did answer when we first called but said we had to contact them through their contact form. We have completed two of these forms now and tried to phone again and they are not responding. Very disappointed 😞.

Unit ordered but no longer needed. Have made repeated attempts to contact the company to obtain an address to return the item too. Several emails sent. All unanswered. Phone calls likewise. In the end I sent the unit back to the address on the website which on Google maps looks to be a residence and not an office or business premises at all. Atrocious customer service. Absolute cowboys. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a Macerator package from these cowboys as I needed quick delivery, which their site promised.

Didn't do my usual due diligence research before ordering and paid the price.

Items didn't arrive so my cancelled order but received absolutely zero correspondence from the company at all.

They basically took my money and ran.

I've now received my money back but only because I issued a chargeback through my bank.

Please do not use this company

Stated next day delivery, ordered after 2pm Wednesday so delivery expected Friday. One part arrived Friday but other part still not arrived and it is Tuesday. This has delayed our renovation and had made life complicated as have 3 children and no toilet.

All fitted successfully and seems to be operating well at present.
Almost a direct replacement for my previous Saniflow unit with very little alteration to pipework.

Delivered on time, next day.
Easy to fit. Good price.

Dreadful company. Ordered a macerator/wc complete package. Received the macerator but no toilet. Took 3 days to get an answer on the phone yesterday. Passed my issue to another department and have heard nothing since. They have not responded to numerous emails, and the plumber is here today. No idea if or when I will ever get the toilet delivered.
Beware.

Ordered a macerator on Sunday, received my order confirmation and a tax invoice on Monday by email and it arrived on Tuesday. Kept well informed throughout. This is a review of the order/dispatch process, not of the macerator. 5 star service.

Horrific company even worse customer service.
I decided to order from these because prices where respectable and the free "next day delivery" which isn't next day!!
After ringing them and discussing my requirements (15th January) I ordered a unit same day as soon as I got off the phone it finally arrived (20th January) even though it clearly states next day delivery.
I Go to fit it 21st January only to find I have been sent the wrong unit. I spend 2 days on the phone with them getting no answers only to be told today (22nd January) they now have none of the units I ordered available.
I have been with out a toilet for a week because of there incompetence. I now have to source another unit from else where.
My advice spend a bit more and use somebody else like I'm going to have to do.

Have to be honest comucation not the best but product was great value and i wud buy from them again
