Smooth sign-up process.

Signed up to this site after assurances that we would geuinely get leads & plenty of leads with all the reporting that goes with this. etc...
...problem is none of the leads were remotely close to our product range and offering.
We sell high spec, earth moving, construction type dump boxes for pulling behing tractors, plus ripping gear and front mounted hay & baleage rakes. After telling Machines4U that it wasnt working, we wanted to opt out and wasnt anything like as successful as leads pulled in by NZ based trade me website etc and other Australian sites costing a fraction of their monthly charge, our key account contacts' superior / manager at Machines4U suddenly got quite defensive, and wouldnt relook at our 12 month contract to the point that we needed to cancel our credit card with our NZ bank (absolute hassle) to get out of their carefully crafted contract wording.
