Customer service was good when i phoned about timescales.
Annoyingly when the watch arrived and i took it out of the delivery box, the green wrapping paper was all ripped. I removed it with care but it had clearly just been rammed in. It would have been nice to have kept the paper wrapped around the actual box watch as it was a gift. No biggy but just shows a lack of respect for buying a watch for over £200...A little more thought needs to go into packaging.

My son for a birthday gift sent me a Munro watch band. Great materials and look forward to the quality leather becoming softer. Great to wear this on the other side of the pond.

A MacLaren Tartan watch! I love Scotland so much. Clean elegant lines, beautiful pattern, lovely leather. The double engraving on the back is beautifully done. It keeps perfect time. Thank you for creating a piece that reminds me of my mother and grandmother. I will always cherish it.

Ordered the watch very easily on line. Made contact with their team about 3 weeks later as I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time for my anniversary (my own fault for leaving it late, not theirs). They responded very quickly reassuring me that itll arrive in time, and it arrived 2 days later. Absolutely phenomenal service, and a lovely product too!

Steeped in Scottish heritage and charm I am thoroughly impressed with this small boutique company and wholeheartedly endorse and recommend them. I was skeptical due to price, and the need for international shipping, but having received my watch strap, fully recognize and appreciate the quality and authenticity. The genuine craftsmanship and care on display is remarkable from build quality, customization options and presentation. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I now have the perfect pairing with my clan kilt and was able to customize the band in honor of my late grandfather. It’s perfect.

This is a family own company and the service has a personal touch. I ordered watchbands for my Apple Watch and the product was absolutely beautiful. It was shipped to New York City within four weeks without any issue. I am so happy with their service and product. If you want to have something special, I highly recommend it.
