I've been investing with MacLear for 22 months and everything is working well. I've never had any problems with the platform and I've never had any delays in my monthly interest payments. Now some projects have ended and everything is working smoothly with withdrawals. I plan to continue investing in different projects.

Avoid this platform – Zero customer support and unreliable service
I initially opened an account with Maclear because the platform seemed reliable and offered very attractive investment opportunities. However, I quickly faced a harsh reality, since their customer service is non-existent. I sent three urgent emails over the course of more two weeks, and not a single one was answered. For a platform operating in the financial and investment business, this lack of communication is a major red flag and speaks for their unreliability. Fortunately, I had not yet invested my funds, so I withdrew everything and closed my account immediately. I find it hard to believe that the positive reviews praising Maclear are coming from real people with actual experience. Based on my journey, I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this platform. In case you need help you will receive only grave silence in response....

UPDATE: After my review on Trustpilot, the situation became even more absurd. Maclear’s internal communication is a complete mess, or they are simply lying to cover their tracks.
Here, in their public reply, John (Head of Support) admits that "two weeks with no answer is unacceptable." However, in private emails, another staff member (Thomas) spent a week trying to convince me that they did reply almost immediately upon receiving my emal. Thomas even sent me forwarded text printscreens as "proof." But the moment I asked him to provide real technical evidence he went completely silent and hasn't responded since!? Suggesting Telegram for solving issues involving thousands of Euros is a joke for a regulated Swiss platform.
This platform lacks the basic transparency and reliability required for handling capital. If they can’t even coordinate their lies between public PR and private support, how can they manage your investments? STAY AWAY!

Questionable practices
It is evident that they inflate their presence using bots and fake identities on Telegram, while also tightly controlling and censoring who is allowed to comment. As a result, I left the TG chat as it has become just another social channel for self promotion.
They have received a critical review highlighting flaws in their operational model, miscalculations in loan assessments, and other questionable practices, yet there has been no public response or explanation from the team. And thats on top on paid 5* reviews here on trustpilot (read more critical reviews and their replies) I have already invested a five-figure amount and was prepared to invest more, but I will not do so until they demonstrate greater transparency.
Updating this, as they provided comments on the claims raised by some bloggers. However, the claims doesn't seem satisfactory enough to consider this platform serious, at least yet

On Telegram Bots and Censorship... I want to be very clear: we do not use bots or fake accounts to inflate our presence in the Telegram channel. We do moderate the chat to remove spam, but we do not censor legitimate criticism. I understand your perception, and we will work on fostering a more open environment for discussion.
On Paid Trustpilot Reviews. I can state unequivocally that we do not pay for 5-star reviews. We do encourage our users to share their genuine experiences, but we never pay for positive content. All of our review collection methods are fully compliant with and approved by Trustpilot's own guidelines.
On the Critical Review. You are right. We have seen the critical review you mentioned, which raised some very valid points about our operational model. We have been preparing a thorough response, as we believe a detailed explanation is better than a quick reply. To address all the points raised, we will be publishing a video and a detailed blog post very soon.

For them, our rates are competitive, especially given the speed and flexibility we offer (like "bullet" loans where they control the capital until the end).
The Swiss Regulation: You're right to look closely at this. We are a member of SRO PolyReg, which is an officially recognized Self-Regulatory Organisation supervised by FINMA (the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority). This is a formal financial intermediary license, not just a simple registration. It holds us to strict compliance. You can verify this directly on the FINMA website.
The Lack of an App: This is a fair point. As a growing platform, our top priority so far has been to make our web platform as secure and robust as possible. An app is definitely on our roadmap, but we chose to perfect the core infrastructure first.

Amazing
Maclear is a very interesting crowdlending platform. High interest, easy investing, clear operating, generous bonuses and detailed information about the loans. Top of all platforms. Just one negative experience. I allso tried the blokchain route 8lends to find even higher interests, but find only negative support from a nerd called Dimitri who first manouvred me into stable coin and them brought me back to Etherium, by that time I lost many percentages on my trial amount that I stopped. could not trust the guy. So if there is anyone better that is patient to guide you throught the blokchain, which do not force you to use Telegram, I might try it again.
