My initial glove order arrived promptly and the gloves were very nice. Sadly though I had not checked the sizing guide as I should have and they were too tight/small. I contacted Macleod and was instructed on how to get them exchanged. The process was simple, their communication was exceptional, and the replacement gloves in a bigger size, are incredible! Great business dealing! Thanks Macleod!
