Have several garments from this company following surgery. Quality is great, one of the only companies that offer petite .. I have a shirt midriff and the high back girdle fits perfectly.
Had a minor incident recently with 1 item. Customer service not only rectified, but a replacement garment was received in 24hrs. Highly recommend
The service was excellent, the amount of time for delivery was great.quite a comfortable bra however the strap across the chest is very uncomfortable the Velcro under the arms really irritates the skin and scratches

Poor delivery. Didn't arrive on time. Had to spend more money elsewhere on time for my surgery. Have sentv2 messages with no acknowledgement.

Very easy transaction, called for some advice the lady I spoke to was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful, thank you

The advice I received when my purchased bra arrived
This allowed me to confirm that I had the right size in preparation for my breast surgery
I thought this was important as sizing is not the same as my usual bra size

I think the all in one bra size needs to be bigger with dressing in place and feeling very uncomfortable. A better bra would be more comfortable and practical

I have recently undergone surgery for breast implant replacement & revision mastopexy. Before my surgery my consultant recommended that I purchase a couple of supportive front fastening sports bras in which I was advised to wear for three months after my surgery. Having ordered several well known high street brands of sports bras I was left disappointed with overall quality & support. It was after a friend recommended Macom that I decided to give them a go & I’m so goad I did! Absolutely without doubt the best purchase I have recently made! The quality & support they give me (I’m now two weeks post opp) is fantastic. I ordered two of the ultimate bras in a size small, I am 32 D-F and they fit perfectly. The customer service is fantastic too, I you have any queries about which product to choose (there are quite a few) or sizing they are so helpful😊

I bought a post-surgical bra from Macom as a backup while my main bra from Lipoelastic was in the wash. I only wore the Macom bra for a couple of hours, and it chafed my nipples so badly they were left red raw and extremely sore.
On top of that, the sizing runs very small despite me carefully following their measurement guide, and the bra constantly rolls up when worn, which is uncomfortable and impractical—especially after surgery.
I contacted customer service and was told that because I had worn the item, it couldn’t be returned—even though it is clearly not fit for purpose. They also dismissed the issue by saying this is “common with sensitive skin after breast augmentation.” That response completely misses the point—this is a post-op product, it should be designed with those sensitivities in mind.
Even worse, I was told to “try putting cotton pads in the bra” to prevent chafing. That is not an acceptable solution for a medical recovery garment.
For comparison, my bra from Lipoelastic (provided by my surgeon) is significantly better—soft, comfortable, properly designed for recovery, and has caused none of these issues.
Overall, Macom’s product quality is poor and their customer service is dismissive and unhelpful. I would not recommend.

The compression bra was very deep at the sides & rubbed under arm if I pulled it down it would ride up & fold up making it rub on scars. I used to wear a cotton vest underneath

I made a mistake with a return but it was sorted out quickly by the team at Macom. Very efficient

Easy return and replace service and loved that care instructions were emailed. This was so reassuring particularly during a stressful post DIEP period.

I ordered from Macom as they looked really good and read so many good reviews. I ordered a body garment for my post mm surgery. It arrived very quickly, so I tried this on. Unfortunately it was too small. Due to being only 8 days post op at the time deodorant, lotion or anything like that haven’t been worn due to being advised not to be my surgeon. I made sure tags were on and kept it in original packaging. I sent it back on Thursday tracked. I then received it back Saturday Morning saying they won’t accept it. Due to being worn (I only tried it on) and lotion or deodorant marks (haven’t worn deodorant). I will have to try to sell it privately and probably lose money but hey lesson learnt.

I bought a compression binder to wear after surgery and it is very uncomfortable and not easy to put on at all. It was also quite expensive.

I only found out a couple days before that I was going in for my surgery so I only had 3 working days for my bra to come. I emailed customer service and asked if they could send my package ASAP they responded and said they will send it that day. It was then delivered in two days!! Fantastic customer service I was so happy it came in time. The bra has been amazing for my recovery, it is so supportive and so comfortable. I put it on straight after my surgery and it helped immensely. Have told my surgeon to recommended to patients to order theses bras. Thank you very much.
