Not open as detailed on social media. Face book and instagram advise the store is open from 10am, however it clearly isn’t. Tried to contact by phone and social media but No answer.

It was my first time using Macs and it couldn't have been easier. Had an issue with my online order so gave them a call and Megan sorted everything out for me. Great service from a local specialist in detailing products.

Normally these guys are 5* but I got some Infinity Wax Si02 Ghost Wheel Sealant, and when it arrived in the box with the other things it had leaked and then when using it it seems like the lid and spray has been damaged. Still works but goes everywhere.

Satisfied so far
I was very sceptical and hesitant when I landed on their website for the first time ever, as it wasn't up to the standard of other websites I purchase goods from. However, they replied to me on Instagram and reassured that the order has been dispatched, and true to their words, I received the Parcel Force delivery this morning. The following isn't negative but just feedback, they used approx 5 rolls of bubble wrap for a thin cardboard box but I appreciate the level of detail and thought into making sure my delivery was absolutely protected. I will purchase again for sure, especially before the 4pm cut off time for faster delivery ;-)

Fast delivery
It's one thing to deliver your order quickly, it's another when the order arrives before you receive the delivery companies text that they will be delivering! Received my order in 24hours, great service, definitely be using MACS again.
