Ok-this review is slightly different, I have nothing to say about the stores themselves-but their customer service leaves much to be desired, further, their credit dept. is shutting down accounts for simply not using them
That's what happened to my family earlier last week; we had a primary card, and a secondary, admittedly we don't shop much due to higher pricing and the crisis-but suffice to say the accounts were closed-when we called to determine why, they indicated "lack of use" which, to my knowledge shouldn't cause your credit to actually suffer-well it does, and it did-they would not reactivate, and our credit is pristine.
We became very upset when they told us, for simple lack of use, they are shutting down people's credit to their own detriment-and the detriment of their own clients' credit-yet they continue to do so
I will never shop there again, and despite them saying we cannot write about them-voila-it's done
But how about it? Use the card and if you don't, we'll close it and hurt your credit-sounds illegal to me-not the closing, but no notice, no email, no choice, and once again we the people...suffer
