Mad that my jigsaw hasn't arrived!!

I ordered a jigsaw on 20th August and it still has not been delivered and it is now 7th September.
To try and find out where the puzzle was I have emailed the company on three occasions and have still not received the courtesy of a reply.
The only phone no that I can find for them is a premium rate number so I have not used it as I don't want to incur further costs as it looks like now that the company have taken my money and are totalling ignoring me and that is not acceptable.
I advise anyone thinking of making a purchase from this company to find another supplier!

Great range of puzzles for all ages and bespoke products too

Great range of products - I initially must have got something through their "sister" company Happy Puzzle several years ago and get the ideas for presents for jigsaws "Mad4jigsaws"

I have a friend who has a significant birthday coming up soon and with most of the shops currently shut (unless it is for food or health reasons or other limited things as of 09052020), getting something for then was a problem

I ordered a product and it arrived within 5 days even allowing for a bank holiday - this is giving me plenty of time to wrap and post it off

The selection process is great and the check out is simple and straight forward - I will be using these services again in due course and looking forward also to eventually taking up and old hobby in the not too distant future
