Their products are pretty good but the products are only available for ordering online. For online only companies, customer service is essential since problems invariably arise with delivery etc. Unfortunately their customer service representatives are not enabled to actually solve problems. I have been a long time customer ordering without problem . However they apparently changed their defaults for how things are ordered so instead of delivering to the address I verified at check out that has been the same since I became a customer, they are delivering to a relay point which I cannot access and never chose. This was not made clear until after payment. I specifically verified the delivery address was correct before payment. Now they say I must pay additional shipping I order to actually get my order to me.
So their products are decent but unfortunately there is no customer service for any issues that invariably arise with online ordering. So be careful. The company needs to do better. So when looking at the prices, factor in that it will actually cost more as there are invariably issues from time to time with online ordering and no customer service is available.

I 'm not surprised by this message as you contacted me in a very aggressive way to tell me how useless i was not to be able to fix a mistake you made.
As i mentionned you on my last email, YOU chose the free pick up delivery.
Maybe you order too fast, maybe you didn't understood because it is in french, but it's clearly one thing you chose on the first confirmation page BEFORE payment. And it's ok, mistakes DO happen.
I 'm here to help you fix them, and get your delivery in the best conditions. that's why i proposed you two different options.
The order is sent in a pick up point litterally on the same adress you mentionned. So either you enter the pick up point adress, either the pick up point chosen is in the same building.
Still, I proposed you to get back this package and provide you a home delivery for the normal home delivery price. Taking for us the preparation,return and put back in stock cost of the first delivery.
This option would just make you pay the normal fees you would have paid if you had chosent the delivery you actually wanted instead of the free pick up point one. I don't understand then why it's such a problem to pay the fees you would have notmrally paid if you hadn't "mistaken" your order. Or are you just trying to get a home delivery for free?

The products are good but this purchase, the change the delivery company and it has been a nightmare,and expensive, the company should have told me abut the change or give me the optio to choose because I know about service in Canada, I won't purchase again.
