Lovely product, great customer service
My order shipped quickly and was beautifully packed! The product itself was lovely, high quality, and smelled great. Unfortunately, where I’m at in my transition to natural deodorant (and living in 110-degree weather), the powder didn’t quite work for me. They made the return process super easy and straight-forward. I hope I can try their deodorant powder again in the future!

Great packaging and the product is easy to use. The smell of lime and lemons is so nice. Only downfall for me personally, is that it only keeps BO under control for a few hours. I will freshen up and reapply and this often helps.

Not for me
Product packaging and quality is on point—just stunning! The neutral (3 star) review is only because I haven’t noticed anything great about using it. I have been solely using a salt crystal as deodorant for almost 10 years, so I had hoped a different natural alternative to offer a smooth transition since my body had already purged the “traditional” deodorant. I found my pits feeling sticky, and not necessarily lemony (the scent I chose). I will stick with my classic salt crystal, and maybe try this powder as a dry shampoo.

Meh, can't store puff inside container
Meh. I don't care for the delivery system. The container is too small to store the puff. The light fragrance is very nice. I also didn't care for the over-abundant packaging box that the powder comes in (a lot of beautiful cardboard waste).

We're sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your order! To clarify, the puff ships inside of the container and is designed specifically for it. It fits a bit snug to ensure powder does not spill when customers flip the container over during application. There is an application video on our website that visually demonstrates this method of application.
In terms of packaging, many of our customers keep the magnetic close box to display the product on their vanities or for other storage purposes. Feel free to use it however you'd like!
If you are absolutely not satisfied with your order, we do have a customer satisfaction guarantee policy and are more than happy to offer full refunds in the event the product doesn't work for our customers.

I fell in love with the puff. When I received my first order I fell in love with packaging. The product did not disappoint.
I now subscribe to regular refills.

I absolutely love the rose scent
I absolutely love the rose scent. It is a romantic scent that is classic and indulgent. I feel pampered every time I use the fluffy puff to dab it on. I have the powder in all of the other scent, as well, and they are are great and work wonderfully as my deodorant. I am so glad that I made this purchase!
