Stick + testers — spot on
I had never heard of the brand before; they targeted me on Instagram, and I very quickly followed them and decided to try it. I really like the guide for choosing the right shade. I bought the product in stick format, and what I really like is that testers are available, so I bought five testers of another product to see how it works for me over a few days. The stick is great. I will recommend it and will definitely buy it again. Shipping was really fast. I’m very satisfied.

I have tried a lot of products, but most of them haven't been suitable for my skin, despite the product description that in theory sounded perfect for my skin.
Despite that I have found a few products that I really like and the most important part that I value the most - organic ingredients.

I like a few Madara products
I like a few Madara products, constantly buying them for a few years. Most of my favourites, unfortunately, disappeared from Madra's production. Such as eye patches, moisturising capsules...
Also having a free samples with the order could be very helpful to taste some of Madra's new products. As it was before.

Shampoo and conditioner (GROW) just ok
Keratin spray does nothing, does not detangle or shine, no results on myself or my daughter’s hair. Shampoo and conditioner (GROW) just ok. Also, in US, delivery was free if I spent a certain amount of money. Then one month after delivery getting bill from fed ex for duties and taxes for $25. Annoying because I spent extra to get free shipping and don’t even feel like product is effective.

Regarding the customs duties, these are indeed a possibility for international orders. Since our orders are shipped from Riga, Latvia (European Union), these charges are separate from shipping fees. While we offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, customs duties are determined by the destination country's regulations.
Unfortunately, the procedure in the United States often involves the customs bill being sent to the customer after the delivery has been made. We understand this is frustrating, and while we cannot control these government-mandated fees, we are working to make information regarding possible customs charges more visible at checkout to avoid future surprises.
