If i could leave 0 stars i would be.

If i could leave 0 stars i would be.
Bought a few coins off these guys and what turned up wasnt what i bought. The photos on the online platform were obviously not the coins i recieved. Customers services maintained they were the same item even though its completely different. Said they were good at taking photos. Refused a return and basically told me hard luck.
Buyer beware with this lot , impossible to deal with in a civil manner as they just lie.
After seeing Maddox street auctions reply and refusal to correct thier deceptive behavior i have no alternative but to issue a claim in the small claims court. They need to act like adults and accept resposibility for thier mistake.
I wish i could post the photos up here of what they advertised and what they supplied. Totally different items.

Unfortunately this is simply untrue, the buyer in question assumed that the coins were proof Sovereigns when the listing implied no such thing. We reminded him that should he of been unsure he should arranged a arranged a viewing or requested a condition report.

We understand his frustration by the mistake he has made however inline with our terms of sale, that is not a reason for return. If however the coins were materially not as described, for instance they were half Sovereigns opposed to full, we would have of course provided a full refund on safe return.

Unfortunately it seems that we have now received a fraudulent review from another individual, of whom we have never dealt with, I can only hope it bears no relationship to this particular bidder who has now been blocked from our platform.
