I like made. It's a bit expensive but anyway with the canapé that I have ordered all is good except the color. It sounds less dark on the website than we supposed. We managed to handle our decor with this blue, we all. But I would say to whom they might think of buying a product to be more precise when it comes to color details. Thanks

Never normally leave reviews but am hoping this will help someone else avoid the absolute time wasting, money wasting stress of buying a sofa from made.com.fr for delivery in France.
Ordered a Haru sofa bed 19/05/2022 from Made France. Paid in full.
Was told delivery was coming 27/07/22 between 10:00 and 12:00. This was confirmed by the delivery depot on the phone and twice by text message. Night before the delivery, I received a text cancelling it.
After a lot of back and forth between made customer service online (who talk a great talk but clearly have no effective contact with their delivery company and make promises that can't be kept). Eventually arrange delivery for 05/08/22 between 12:00 - 14:00 again get a phone call and 2 text messages confirming this. Delivery never happened. Radio silence from Made.fr or the delivery company regarding this, no acknowledgement or explanation at all. So again resort to contacting customer services the same day to find out what is happening, they try and phone the delivery company with no answer, I emailed the delivery company with no response. So later in the evening on 05/08/22 I request via the made.fr customer service that the order be cancelled and I get a full refund. No response. I then receive an auto generated email on 08/08/22 (not referencing my request to cancel etc) saying that delivery would be rescheduled for 3 - 10 days time or I can cancel online via a link - the link doesn't work as the item is already in the shipping system somewhere. I have raised a dispute with the EU dispute resolution service that Made.fr signpost you to and have responded to the auto generated email mentioned above with the reference number of the dispute, and again requesting cancellation and a full refund. Made have had my money since the 19th May, I have no goods and no acknowledgement that they will cancel and refund. This has put me off made completely I will never use again and would advise anyone to think twice before using them for delivery in France.

Unfortunately we are waiting since 3 months for the delivery of our bed. Although we get new delivery dates, they are been again and again posponed.
Not recommended for articles that are not in stock!
