The scree on the crank came apart. Spare parts are constantly unavailable. I emailed them twice with no response.

Very pleased with my madebyknock aergrind hand coffee grinder. Works a treat and it looks great. A pleasure to use, adjust and keep clean. Ordered as soon as I received a batch release email and it arrived before the end of the week. Really pleased to have found what I was looking for and made here in the UK.

The new 2023 coffee grinders line is absolutely stunning, compared to old revisions. Got fixes minor disadvantages and here we go - outstanding coffee grinder, well-made, high accuracy. I can make espresso and turkish coffee, for that purpose knock is even better than comandante c40. Love it.

Purchased a ‘factory second’ Aergrind from Knock’s eBay shop. It took them four full working days from the date of purchase to get around to shipping it. Then they got the shipping address wrong so the grinder was rejected by the system and they had to dispatch it again with a modified address… more delay…
The grinder was supposed to be delivered by 03/04/23 at the very latest. It is now 12 days later and still no grinder…
They have since refunded me, but are ignoring my emails about getting a replacement.
So unfortunately I can’t comment on the quality of their grinders as I never received mine! Needless to say I have since purchased an excellent grinder from one of their competitors as I was fed up with waiting. Not great business practice Knock!

Just got my first grinder from Knock products 'madebyknock.com' in Scotland, Edinburgh. I went for the Feldgrind, it's their latest model and it not only looks amazing the grind quality is stunning. The shaft arrangement feels super stiff and they must take a lot of care with the titanium coated burr alignment. You can adjust it all the way down to Turkish. The beautiful wooden knob makes it a pleasure to use.

I ordered a grinder and it was great, but did feel a bit slow. I contacted knock and they sent out a free replacement that was far better. Works very smoothly and quickly.

Best customer service I have come across in my life. They helped me resolve my problem and sent me the most amazing grinder I have ever used. Highly recommended if you are serious about your coffee.
