Communication straight to the point with fast turnaround and resolution, such a wonderful outcome - we got our dream bed fast and fully customised to our needs. Highly recommend and looking forward to ordering for guest bedroom in the near future. Attentive delivery, quality product, sturdy ottoman with plenty of space (customer service suggested to upgrade free of charge), they even sorted out a different leg model as the original one was slightly higher for our height. Thanks to the whole team, they went above and beyond into turning our vision into reality with such professionalism!

I had a great experience with Made by Rosso. After receiving my Carlo Floating Bed, I realised I had misunderstood the dimensions and needed a shorter length due to limited space. The team were incredibly accommodating, they offered to alter the bed frame to my required 177 cm length and even arranged for a matching custom-sized mattress.

Communication was friendly and professional, and they made sure both items were delivered together. The mattress itself is very comfortable, and the craftsmanship on both the bed and mattress is excellent. I really appreciate their willingness to provide a tailored solution and the care they took to ensure everything was perfect for my space. Excellent from start to finish. Loved the free fabric samples, I purchased the Casa bed in Sharon Fog. The bed itself is beautifully made. The delivery team were very helpful, giving me plenty of notice before arrival. Would definitely order again.

I ordered two sets of fabric samples and was able to choose the upholstery for two kids’ beds.
We went with the Twilight model.
The order was processed quickly and delivered to our home in a timely manner.
The beds are sturdy (my husband assembled them himself), and the style is lovely.
Adam was always available and responsive to all my questions.
