Overpriced and unhelpful
Incredibly overpriced for what it is. The product itself was fine, a personalised tupperware box, but worth a 1/4 of what I paid for it. Customer Service were rude and unhelpful and refused to accept a return. I do not recommend their products or company, learnt my lesson and will not shop here again.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We bought our friend some shoes for her 30th birthday. Not only did the send the wrong size but they also came with black letters underneath which is NOT DISPLAYED ON THE ADVERTISEMENT.
I have been emailing them since AUGUST regarding this complaint. They did not reply from November onwards. I chased this up in February… and they have just accused me of not responding so they closed my case!!! Such a passive aggressive response when it was THEM THAT DID NOT REPLY!!!! I am not valued for giving them money for an incorrect product. If you buy anything, make sure it’s not personalised and not a specific size and not for a special birthday, because they will ruin it! Do not use. I’m going to put today as my date of experience as today is the worst date so far.

It was a good service and arrived earlier than predicted!😊 Areas to be improved however were more colour choice with the character's clothes and a final draft before purchasing as it didn't show this at all and I was left wondering what the background would look like. It was a regular brown doormat colour thankfully in the end and my Sister was very happy with their housewarming gift! Thanks.

Perfect engagement gift
Ordered a set of personalised champagne flutes and I have to say they are beautiful the detail is perfect. Packaged really well the only thing I would say is they didn’t come boxed but that’s a minor detail. I’d recommend these to friends
