I ordered 100 roses to be delivered the day before Valentine's day as I wouldn't be around on the day itself and needed them for then. When it came to 18.45 in the evening and the flowers had not arrived I was worried. The flowers were actually left at some random address, over the other side of the estate somewhere. The only reason I recieved the flowers that evening was because the woman who's house they were left at was kind enough to get in her car at night time with her young daughter and drive around to look for my address. I had no contact from the driver what so ever to say they couldn't find my house and instead it was just left at a random house. This is not good enough as when you pay good money for flowers, the least you expect is that they find their way to your address. What is the point in supplying a name, address and number if they are not going to be used. I was very lucky the woman who recieved the flowers was honest enough to look for me as it was past the closing time for the shop so nobody was answering the phone and if it were someone else they may very well have kept the 100 roses. I would have had no proof that I did or did not recieve them. It's a shame as the flowers were very nice, but the experience has put me off ever using Mad Flowers again. If you are spending a lot of money and you can't trust that the flowers will be delivered to you then I don't think it's worth it. I understand that the shop uses a courier service, but at the end of the day the book stops with the shop. They are putting their trust in a courier service to deliver their product and if this is not fulfilled it falls with the shop for picking the courier.

I live in Tipperary and would not go to any other company for my flowers. Great Customer Service, always deliver on time. They are well worth supporting.

Why were 16/27 reviews posted on the 8 of July 2014? Just more evidence that this company are fraudsters.

I ordered a present on Groupon. It stated €65 worth of flowers were to arrive. The flowers arrived in an amazing box but the flower content was dismal - not generous in the slightest. They also failed to include any note or post it rendering my message in the delivery. I won't be returning - ever!

Poor quality flowers and bad customer service. I ordered a Christmas bouquet to be delivered to my mum on the 22nd. It was delivered on the 21st and she immediately contacted them to tell them the 5 red roses in the bouquet were all black on the leaves and almost dead. They insisted she send a picture which she did. They then insisted this was normal and she didn't know anything about roses. My mum is an experienced gardener and was correct. 2 days later all the heads were dropped and falling off. The Christmas bouquet did not even make Christmas. The customer service was appalling, if a customer has a genuine complaint you deal with them. You don't tell them they don't know what they are talking about.

Ordered flowers for valentines day 1 week before the day hoping to surprise her .
The only surprise I got was coming home from work at 5pm no delivery !!!
My wife looking at me with a face that said it all.as she thought i did not get her anything.
Knock on door at 7.30pm with my flowers..
ruined the day and the surprise . . after complaining was offered 20 euro off next order..

I ordered online , for a bouquet to be delivered ,with instructions that the courier needed to reach the recipient's destination in North West Donegal by mid afternoon the following day. I myself live in Dublin. Mad Flowers is an amazing service .The bouquet was delivered as requested, was stunning ,fresh , classy and it made a huge impact judging by the feedback I received.
I will be using this service again and I'm writing this so as to reassure new online customers that the Mad Flower website content is so accurate and offers excellent flowers and service.

How come the majority of these reviews were done on the 18th of July? Hmmm seems a bit odd. High possibility that they are in house reviews!!

You have to order from Mad Flowers.You'll never order from anywhere else.They are great value for money and last what seems like forever.They come beautifully packaged with a tall clear vase.They look very expensive and they are the colour of flowers we remember from our youth..........THE REAL DEAL!!!!!!!!

I've used Madflowers for a couple of years now and they never cease to amaze me. I live in Australia and send flowers a few times a year to Ireland. They are always delivered on time and in beautiful boxes and everyone I've sent flowers to are always thrilled with the flowers themselves. Beautiful arrangements, great deals all the time, I can always trust that what I order is perfect & the person it's intended for loves it. I just wish someone would send them to me!! The only disappointment is that they don't deliver outside of Dublin at the weekend which has meant I've had to use another company the odd time which doesn't provide the wow factor madflowers does.

I sent flowers which were the purple tulips in a blue tub. The person who got them raved about them and so did all her colleagues. They lasted ages.
