Very bad product quality and no refund

I ordered a jumpsuit from the website. It is advertised as a Canadain company (Vancouver based) however my order was shipped from China. I accepted it however the product did not look like the picture, material was extremely cheap and measurements were not what was on the website. I contacted the company and sent them pictures as proof. Have not received my refund or any further communication from them. Looks like a fraud website to me. They are not responding to my follow ups.

Ordered a dress because their website…

Ordered a dress because their website is represented as a Canadian Company. Tracking info showed as shipped from China. Product received poor quality, nothing like the photos and sizing way off. Asked for return address and was offered 30% refund and keep item. Asked again for return address -no reply. Website displays five star reviews from Trust Pilot. The AI rendering of a storefront (which doesn’t exist) displays a spelling error on sign. If return address is China, traceable shipping will cost more than item and take more than 30 days. Scam
