AVOID !!!!!!! SCAM!!!! Ordered some trainers never arrived and tried to offer me a size below? Still haven’t received my money back a bunch of chancers avoid scammers!!!!!!!!

Ordered some shoes, wrong size delivered. Returned for the correct size yet none were sent out and now the seller is withholding my money.
If I could give a ZERO rating I would. These are scammers!!
BEWARE!! DO NOT USE!!!

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a full tracksuit ie hoodie and joggers, received 2 pairs of joggers in the wrong size. No response from emails and the telephone number online just rings. Have had to result to a charge back via my bank. Wish I had checked the reviews first! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Unfortunately unable to give zero stars. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Same as everyone else , they ignored my requests for a return label via email , I tried to return online via Evri . Evri messages suggested I contact them to check the name they are trading under as not recognised. Madi ignored my email request for a return label and request for details of how to return items. Finally got through on the mobile number, a random man answered, he said he will text me the return label and to scree shit my order .(I knew that was dodgy). I screen shot my order no return label.

Ordered a pair of trainers off them and they have not been delivered
Tried to email to resolve the issue and received no reply
Found out this company has been dissolved in 2025 and is obviously still advertising and falsely selling items
Avoid at all costs

Placed an order of £130 worth of Nike stuff for a birthday present, paid extra for ‘express’ shipping and it’s been over a week and I still haven’t had a dispatch email. Have emailed and tried to call but can’t get in touch.

I brought a £100 nike tracksuit for my partner it was supposed to arrive back on the 5th now the 8th? I’ve tried to contact them though email and the only number I could find for them no answer

As with other reviewers, the company sent me the wrong size, then ignored my return requests. I have raised a dispute in an attempt to resolve this. Hopefully another negative review will prevent potential customers from using this company and being messed around like everyone else.

Received trainers the wrong colour, received a returns form and sent out another pair of trainers that turned out to be the incorrect size this time promised a returns form which never arrived. Good product awful customer services , received refund from PayPal who sorted it with no problem!

Same story as everyone else. I bought a pair of trainers and they sent the wrong size. So I complained informing them that I want to return the trainers. Madi Sports gave me an address for a storage place in Rochdale. I informed that I wanted a free returns label because I didn’t want to pay for the return due to them sending the wrong size. However, despite promising me that they will provide me a returns label within 24 hours. I didn’t get one. I complained and they ignored me. They have continued to ignore me. Disgusting service.

Hold the line... I did finally get a refund!! It took a month, but I got it. So I leave you to make up your own mind about this company. I won't though, be using them again. I said I will edit this post again if it comes through. What I was saying previously: Similar story to others. I think this is a scam. They send the wrong size then go quiet when they have your money and the returned shoes. I did get a returns label after two weeks of badgering. The bar code didn't scan but the person at the EVRI shop managed to get it accepted by typing in the full details and bar code number by hand. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Do not use this Company. If I ever receive a refund - I will post here.

We had the wrong trainers delivered and we have emailed Madisports several times with no reply.

This is a scam, brought item, Never turned up, no email reply's, Tracking number does not work, leave well alone, wish I did

Do not order I ordered some trainers and they never arrived despite trying to contact them and got nothing. It has been over 2 months now

The shoes didn’t turn up. After sending many emails and trying to call them, they finally responded to say there had been a ‘fire in the warehouse’ and they didn’t have the size I’d ordered, would I like an alternative size? The alternative size has also not been sent and I have sent many more emails asking for a refund which haven’t been responded to. Avoid this company, it’s a scam.

Received shoes but incorrect size, only response was return shoes at my expense. No swap option given for correct size or return for free as there fault !!!!!!!! Avoid

I ordered trainers for my holiday they said I would receive them no later than 1st August my flights were on the 7th so plenty of time I thought but they had still not come on the morning of the 7th when I was leaving to go on holiday I have asked 3 times now for a return label no response nothing I knew I should of just gone to JD Sports lesson learned it seams a bit of a scam stay clear

UPDATE.. Companies house states company has dissolved, will be contacting my bank! I think this might be a scam site. Placed an order 21st may and still haven’t had my parcel. I have contacted them a response!
