This company's advertising states free exchanges if you're not completely satisfied. I emailed them that I needed a shade lighter from my eyebrows. They said it was not a problem, I just had to pay the shipping fees which were ridiculous over $8.50! I told them to forget it! Terrible product, I look like Groucho Marx!

I am disappointed in the lack of customer service. They go to great lengths to advertise that if you selected the wrong shade and timely notify them it will be replaced. NOT TRUE! I have contacted customer service using several different platforms and have not received any response. That alone leaves me no choice but to warn others. I suspect the positive reviews are not reliable.

I’ve been really impressed with Madluvv — the Brow Stamp Kit works exactly as promised and makes doing my brows so much easier.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Ashley helped me resolve a shipping issue quickly and kindly. She kept me informed the whole time and made the process stress-free. It’s rare to get that kind of support these days, and it honestly made me trust the brand even more.

Will definitely order again!

I love the brow stamp and just reordered my second one. I have tried so many products and have never been that satisfied. I am even having it shipped to Germany.
Customer service has been great as well.
Would totally recommend.

I just placed an order for one item. After that I received an email from them saying that I had subscribed and will be future orders automatically. I wrote to them immediately and told them that I had no idea it was a subscription and to cancel my order.

After reading these reviews, I realize that I probably won't hear back from them and will have to call my credit card to tell them to block the charge.

I should have looked at Trustpilot first!

I would put 0 stars if I could. Ordered one item, and taken multiple payments without my permission. I have made no further orders. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Horrible billing practices! Purchase once, billed 3 times! Scammers

First I was really fan of the product but when I was sent à New order due to automatic fulfill, I was à Little bit worried. After several mails, they confirmed that I quote by mistake for a suscription and cancel it. I let this order because it was my mistake. But the day after, I received another e-mail confirming a third order (that I never ask for). I sent 3 emails and ask my bank to avoid any paiement to Madluvv because I Thank or there is an informatical issue au Madluvv or they are not really clean. The product is good but the way to push to sell is not what we can call « a safe website »

Absolutely appalling!!!! No customer service whatsoever!!! No communication regarding an order placed back in January and no update given on delivery when chased just told ‘we only know as much as you!’ That’s when they can be bothered to reply to an email. Absolutely terrible. Item still not received and well over 4 weeks! No correct tracking information. They constantly blame the ‘courier’, the system ‘glitches’ and no-one at Madluvv is remotely interested to take responsibility. They won’t actually chase the order which appears to be non-existent. They have stolen my money and clearly a SCAM!!!

I recently got my brow stamp and it’s the Best thing I ever bought online ! So easy to use ! Eyebrows look super natural ! I’m in love !!
