I purchased 3 of the 3' X 4' mats for my shop about 3 years ago, they are holding up great.
Just purchased 3 more of the 3' X 6' mats this year.

We ordered from them and had to change the ship to address after it was already shipped and they covered the cost for us! What a nice company.

Great product! Color, style and quality workmanship. Would give 5-stars if the communication about when this custom product was in production, packaged and shipped with tracking numbers. Several days to a few weeks went by after payment was posted with no ability to track my order, other than it was received.

not a very good experience with the customer service. My order was delayed and I was not notified. When I call the company regarding my order I did not get calls back. Not very helpful at all.

Casey Wright personally answered my questions and emails in a prompt and professional matter. I don't know how big the company is but the Customer Service is excellent!

I purchased a 4'x6' indoor waterhog mat. The quality is great. The mat does not slip or slide on my hardwood floor. (This was a problem with other mats from other companies.) I was hoping for custom sizes in 5' widths, but all mats were in 2' increments.

This is the second unit we have purchased. When placed by the first unit that was a year old it became obvious what these mats did. We will be purchasing more at a later date for other areas.

We've used The Mad Matter several times for our client projects. While I believe our clients end up happy with the product, in the end, the process to get to that point is not good.

Over the course of October 22 -November 13, there were about 50 emails exchanged during our process. From emails regarding the file types, pricing, and proofing (which the logo was stretched multiple times without the Map Matter representative being able to resolve or understand the issue).

It was extremely frustrating to explain over and over that the logo was not correct. To then receive responses like "They look the same to me im not seeing a difference?".

It should certainly not take almost a month in order to get a mat with just a logo processed and ordered.

Great job these custom size rugs are huge and perfect!

Rug arrived exactly as I had ordered it. Good quality and great color. So happy to get the exact dimensions that I needed and a color that was different than the harsh black that you get at home improvement stores.

Love these products. Good for the feet and look nice as well!

This rug works perfectly for me and my needs. I placed in front of the dog door to keep muddy dog prints off the floor. It works great.
