Ordered a 4' x 8' exercise mat in early June. Nothing arrived by early July. Called three times to request status. No return call after two addtn'l weeks. Called owner, Gary Storz. Received mat end of July that was rough cut and wrong size. They advised to cut the mat down to size and didn't bother sending what was ordered.

This company is broken. Customer service is abysmal. It doesn't deserve to participate in eCommerce. Anyone would be both mad and insane to invite the frustration of purchasing any merchandise from this company.

Great product for around my pool, just feel they are way over priced, would love to have more but not willing to pay that much for a 2 x 5 mat. Not sure why they are so expensive.

The mat arrived promptly, rolled out easily, perfect size, great workmanship, excellent material. Perfect for our use as a kitchen mat that must take a beating with people walking over it, with spilled liquid and food. Looks good too.

The product is good. The customer service is not. I have had trouble with the website (payment portion) every time I have ordered and have to call in to complete the transaction. My last order was over a month ago and I had to call a few days ago because I had still not received my carpet. They said it was missed and they will send it out right away. She also said she would send me tracking info. No carpet. No tracking info.

Perfect color and material is great.
Just one thing one end curls up, but otherwise great.

Great product and customer experience. The mat is exactly what I needed and expected after following the easy online ordering process. Casey in Customer Service was outstanding and helped me expedite shipment so I could receive the mat before leaving on a business trip, keeping me posted about the order status all along via email. Will definitely buy again from The Mad Matter for my future needs.

Love these mats. Ordered one for my porch and loved it so much, had to order another forcside porch.

I cannot tell you all how wonderful this company is, They bent over backwards to get our last minute order delivered to us in time for a LEED Final inspection! The product was great once it arrived, but we did have to remind the manufacturer the order was made and waited three plus weeks to receive it.

arrived before expected. was exactly what we needed to make our shower stall slip resistant. we have been on it for several weeks and the mat hasn't moved. It has taken the fear of slipping in the shower away completely. Thank you!

There is an off gassing smell.

I called Mad Matter late last Thursday about getting 12 custom mats with our Logo, 11 4x6 and 1 6x8 for the ribbon cutting ceremony in our new plant the following Thursday. I stressed the fact that the Governor and other dignitaries (200+ guests) would be attending the event. We would also have various media at the event. I needed the mats delivered the day before on Wednesday. Ben the salesperson I spoke with assured me that they would get the mats to me on time. There was a delay at the factory and the mats were not going to be on time. Gary the president picked them up and drove the order 4 hours one way in his car to get them to me Wed night. The quality of the mats and the artwork were spot on. As for customer service, what they went through to deliver the product on time for our big event speaks for itself.
