I ordered two pairs on 15th December and they didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. I emailed customer support to ask where my order was and I received excellent customer care in the way of 3 more pairs being dispatched that same day. They’ve arrived today. Problems do occur, especially with postage, it’s how they’re dealt with that matters and Madmia handled this really well. Thank you!

Don’t bother, ordered and paid for priority shipping to be here before Christmas. Was given a tracking number and not been updated. Emailed and no response so am now filing a PayPal claim

Adult socks.
I'm a shoe size 6. And a dress size 10. My legs are a normal calf size. I baught the adult stitch socks and character looked stretched. And awful. Waiste of money. I also baught my mum some goofy ones. She has got big legs. So god knows how they will look.

I ordered Christmas socks in November and have still not received them. Wondering if this company is a scam.

I made an Order 18 November, 2024. Promised 4 days to deliver might have been a joke because I still did not receive my order and did not hear a single word from the company.

Takes them forever to dispatch. Item purchased 15 Nov, expected delivery 02 Dec. They advertise as 8 working days from purchase. This is very tight to my date for when I need them for and if I knew this would be the case I would never purchase. Have emailed them and they took 3 days to respond with no info provided but only the tracking number which I had. By following the tracking number I could see AU Post received the item from them 4 days after purchase and after my email. Unreliable so no more from me thanks.

Great Merchandise I wear them everyday, cool styles and the blond girl with the braids was very polite, friendly and sweet.

Brilliant. Great socks and they seem like good quality too. I was worried they’d look and feel cheap but actually they don’t at all and my niece will love these for Christmas! V impressed. Thanks

I have purchased Madmia socks for my Grandchildren and they absolutely love them. They wear them everywhere. I love the quality, as well as the beautiful colours that are vibrant and fun. I was very impressed at how quickly they ship. I'll definitely be ordering more for birthday and Christmas presents.

Terrible experience so far. Placed an order on the 2nd and dispatch time does not correspond to the information provided. I have emailed and messaged them and so far no customer service has responded. I am very disappointed and unfortunately, this is starting to smell like a scam. Luckily I paid with PayPal and will be getting their support to get my money back.

Total scam! I can sadly see that I am not the only one 🥵🥵 made an order back in March 2024 and we are now end of May and I have no parcel of no money back!! She scammed me for over £135 and now is treahening to sue me even!! Absolute disgusting do not order there!!!

Made a purchase on the May the 20 2024. Paid $66 express delivery to have order delivered within 3/5 days..it’s now the 27 May and no delivery. Have emailed 3 times in the last 3 days and no reply.. my experience is Madmia isn’t very pleasurable and now I even wonder if I will get my purchase I have paid for. Negative 10 from this customer.
UPDATE..I have now been contacted (30 mins after my review was written )and apparently my order was dispatched on the 23.. except no confirmation was sent and neither was a tracking number ..I should be reimbursed the cost of express post of $66.

If anyone had a doubt about ordering from this company, this is your sign to stop worrying and press that order button!
Ordering overseas can be tricky and stressful, but when I say the Madmia team goes above and beyond for their customers, I mean it !
The Socks , boots and dresses I have ordered are all stunning and amazing quality.

The socks looked too good to be true online, but bought them anyway.... So glad I did! Actually very high quality and even better in real life. Only problem is my daughters are now obsessed with this brand!
