Never received my order and poor communication

Ordered from this company on the 1st June 2025 and by January 2026 the order still had not been received. A shipping label was shown as created but never processed as being sent. The company did not respond to their contact form on the Internet and did not respond to emails. They eventually responded to social media messages but did nothing to resolve the situation. The eventually stopped responding when being asked to send the product or issue a refund.
