Deeply disappointing. Even if their business was failing, they could’ve at least had the courtesy to not be deceptive and instead actually articulate that. Pretending everything was fine and then just outright ignoring users is so wrong. So many users have been burnt by this cowardice on top of their failed product.

they are gone since past 3 weeks their system is down, after writing them several emails i only got 1 response that due to amazon outage their systems are down after that they are not responding my emails, it seems they are gone now
