Marley’s are thieves
Marley’s are thieves, I placed an order on the website and then I cancelled the subscription and the never refunded my money.. and now they are telling me that they never charged me but it was withdrawn from my bank acct and the bank says they have no holds nor is there a refund that was refunded.. so basically they stole my money and won’t give it back after receiving the package and sent it back the next day since realizing they stole my money!! Beware of this garbage business they are thieves!!!😡😡

I can't believe how soft
I can't believe how soft, and smooth and hydrated my skin is looking with all the products from Maély. I have suffered from psoriasis for over 30 yrs. This is the first time I can say my skin is very hydrated. With using So Rich body butter, Get -taut mousse to oil and Get dreamy this is my new skin care routine.

This company is a bunch of scam artist. Someone used my CC info and I have proof from them in emails saying they are very aware it was not me and refused to send my money back I'm fighting with my bank now and this company has been saying it's still pending for 2 weeks now I have an attorney involved this is a total of $5400 this company has gotten away from someone else using my card in some other state. Don't use this POS company.

I signed up for a sample try with billing occurring 1 week later.
The charge that should have occurred was approx $50.
They charged $104.

Free trial is bullsh!t. Whether you subscribe or not they tell you that you only need to pay shipping and handling the day of order but when you are ready to pay the shipping and handling they dont charge you that. They immediately charge you the full price. So how is that a free trial try before you buy offer if thr company is charging you the full price 3 weeks ahead of the trial? 🤔 That's not a free 3 week trial try before you buy. That is false advertisement to lure consumers to buy products that only have a 4.1 rating on at their actual website.

Deceitful
Scam. I order the "try before you buy" dream cream for $54. Checking out, they kept adding "free gifts" to my order. 3 weeks later and I have a charge on my debit card for $196.20. When I calmly explained the situation over email to costumer service, I was told because it was out of the 21 day trial period, they cannot issue me a refund. I don't want a refund for the purchase of the dream cream I made, I want a refund for the other 2 products I absolutly did not order and do not want. I am so disgusted with this business and their scamming. Who else has been scammed like this by them?

Keep charging you. First they told me that the try before…
First they told me that the try before you buy period expired although I thought I eead 30 days from receipt of product in the mail. Next I get another shipment that I didn’t order. I contacted Maelys and they confirmed in email my subscription was canceled. I get yet another shipment and I threatened them with reporting to the Better Business Bureau and I also contacted my credit card and disputed the charges. Ridiculous and frustrating

This company stated they would send me a trial product after paying six dollars for shipping after giving them my debit card information. They stole $55 from my bank account. I have received no product no confirmation of any kind. I have emailed them numerous times with no answer. This is a scam. Do not order from this company. Do not give them your debit card information they will steal your money.
