this bank voted in favour of a known scammer using a fake tracking website with no proof of delivery using any uk delivery service leaving me in debt with a pockit app account I had to get a crime number from fraud police and go to the ombudsman services now pockit ignores me for the charge back number so i have to use the actual police. so it looks like they are involved with the fraud if voting in favour of paying them back when the email address galina @ easy-ser.com is all over the Internet with the proof of this! search the email google proof is there. they stole nearly £100 from a disabled vunrable man with brain damage just trying to buy parts for his disability scooter shocking

Cold calling asking to speak with the director, got extremely rude when I politely declined the service he was offering as our directors are not looking for business finance. avoid at all costs!
