I placed an order Dec of 2025, a week and a half later my 3 coins were delivered! Awesome! So, when I decided to order 3 more of the exact same coin, Feb 13th 2026 I had an impressive 1st experience so there was NO worries about this order. With absolutely no communication from the company in 2 weeks, I made my first order inquiry (what's up with my order?). Their reply was that I could expect to hear back from them in 2 or 3 business days. (Never hear back.) I have made 5 requests since for either the coins or my money refunded to my acct.So now I'm gonna be the a$%[@le customer that has to leave a bad review. BEWARE!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! ITS A LITERAL RIP-OFF!!! Now off to the BBB and then the FTC.

SCAM
SCAM. First, they are offering unlicensed products. Second, all customer service reps are broken-English Indian. Third, they wouldn't cancel the order. Fourth, they never updated or shipped the product. Fraud, scam, crooks. Sad!
