Thank you for your work , got nice support and customization as we want

We bought a module and since day 1 the module has been nothing but trouble. Despite constant communication with support, every issue was blamed on third-party conflicts — yet they repeatedly had to fix their own code. None of the major issues were resolved, and their response to refund requests was rude and dismissive.

Two days before the refund period ended, we asked for a refund. They refused and insisted on three more days to “fix” things — clearly stalling to push us past the 30-day window. After that time, the problems persisted, and they demanded extra payment for “custom work.”

Upon reviewing the code, it’s clear the advertised Hyvä compatibility (+$99) is misleading. The module relies on plain JavaScript instead of Hyvä’s Alpine.js framework, meaning it’s not truly compatible.

Review was submitted on their website but it was 'Awaiting moderation'.

In short: the product was misrepresented, the issues unresolved, and the refund unfairly denied. Poor product and even worse customer service.

mageants is the best support I have ever dealt with. I purchased Simple Configurable Products For Magento 2 and had several ideas about how this module should work. The mageants support team implemented my suggestions and made changes to the code. I definitely recommend them.

Please don't waste money even if it's cheaper option - the plugin doesn't work with other plugin and in the name of free support they spoil it further. My site faced a lot of issues thanks to their plug ins
