They don't seem to ever ship paid items and only respond to questions with more ads.
Very few comments or likes on Facebook considering the views. BBB also has negative ratings for this "company".
They also use different names.
We purchase the 'License Delivery' extension for Magento 2. This plugin works mostly, but one major bug is causing the license products to not show up on category landing pages. I've tried contacting support (ticket #M2PIN-197), but they couldn't help me, not even with an 'extended support plan' because "The developer responsible for the module in question is no longer with our company". Really disappointed!
Bad support, they do not reply on our questions (from our agency!). Completely stuck in one of there modules for Magento.

Regarding your case, we wanted to confirm that currently, we've implemented PayPal as our primary payment gateway due to several factors, including security, reliability, and ease of use.
We've also received your Refund request because you found our module is too complicated. Our rejection of your requirement is based on our Refund Policy. To be more specific, we can go through with the refund only in case our extensions fail to function properly due to a bug that we cannot support. Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the product. Moreover, we have provided the user guide and the demo version for customers' evaluation before purchasing, so a refund is impossible in case customers find the module too complex to run.

If you want someone to screw you for your money, these are the people. I will describe the problem in brief. A plugin was purchased that was not well done right from the start, but had to be additionally coded. After that, I ask for a refund for the plugin that doesn't work, only for them to refuse because of their policy, because according to them "it's not their problem". I open a ticket, I wait a month for it to be fixed, but unfortunately nothing. I ask for a refund again, when it is again "not our problem" that their plugin doesn't work :D Very bad experience, I advise you to avoid it so you don't get screwed like me.
