I have used Magezon before with terrible experience. The invoice is sent within 10 seconds through PayPal, then it may take months before they have time to start the work, if at all. "sorry we have a very urgent matter..." Same every time, as if my matter isnt urgent.

The problem with many extensions is that they collaborate with eachother. If yo buy one, then in many cases you should also buy others from the same company.
Very sceptically we placed a new order. This time they actually set up the extension quickly. The problem now was when we ordered some customization work on the extension. This was never done. Now several months later, still nothing.... I fear we have been scammed.
Then you give an answer to the complaint saying: We are sorry and we are always trying to do our best... Then just do what we have agreed on! It has soon been 4 monts and still no customization. Dont say you are sorry.
My advise - Dont buy your first extension from this company.

Overall great service. Fast, polite and very helpful! We upgraded our Magento shop through Magezon and are very happy with their service and turnaround time. They went the extra mile and can only recommend them! Their Pagebuilder and Mega Menu extensions are super easy to use and setup. Page load times were reduced compared to another page builder plugin we had previously used.

Had some growing pains, but the company as a whole has bent over backwards to work with us and get issues sorted out. Remember, no software project this large is going to be perfect, on every system, for every configuration. But before you jump the gun, give them a chance to work with you and figure out if you have any problems. They have always been very communicative and many times email me to remind me they are standing by to help. We love the Page Builder, it is BY FAR the best available for Magento 2. It has the most features, is extendable and even is slowly becoming Hyva Theme compatible. Try the free version, you will not be disappointed and I promise, you will upgrade to a paid version as you will love it so much!

Order a custom extension on top of page builder.
Result lacked backend js parts which I than had to develop on my own, as the guys can't do it without access to our system.
Got nothing for these extra efforts on my side, but now got offered a 10% discount for this review...

We did buy three extensions and a Customization Project from this Company managed for someone called Michael Cao.

We did pay USD 3100 thought Paypal and this company did not di the job.

All money was stolen.

After a large investigation this is a regular procedure from this company.

This is the worst company we have so far worked with. They will take forever to reply and fix the issues with their own module. Every time they will say we will fix it this week and it is never done. Don't get any customization work done from them. They will never get it done.

They offer a service where they build custom modules. We agreed upon a price and I was promised a completion date 4 times, 2 months passed and it never got finished. With only the promise of that it would be finished soon. Michael (the guy helping) had a good reason but there were only more delays and the deadline had already passed. We never got issued a refund for our 160$!!!!! We had to find another solution and thus them offering to finish it 2 months later had no more use..

Great modules, the support is always top notch and fast with replies in case you need any extra insights.

Not being very technically minded when it comes to coding, I added all the page builder extensions to my website. Unfortunately I still couldn't manage to get the header looking correct across all devices. After a few minutes on chat, the header is now perfect. They even took the time to explain how to correctly configure it complete with screenshots and answered several other questions I had. Thank you Min!

I'm really happy with Magezon support, they resolved practically all issues I had with their free plugin (Customer Approval).

Excellent Magento 2 plugins and amazing support.

Magezon is one of the most reliable magento 2 modules creators. Currently, they are building their modules with Hyva compatibility which is awesome and the future is bright.
PageBuilder is a game changer and unique at magento universe.
Highly recommended.

Had an issue but support addressed it quickly and assisted with another issue that turned out to be with Hyva. 4 stars because it would be better if the issue had been spotted before being released!
