They destroyed my carpet and charged me £180. Stay away from this scam. My carpet never had any holes and just needed cleaning. They came and when they left the carpet had 3 massive holes!! (the size of a main course plate each!!). No apologies, no refunds! I was literally conned into paying almost £200 to get my carpet ruined.
DIsgrace of a company, the manager is very rude and incompetent, she didn't send the cleaner the correct address and then tried to blame me even when I clearly sent her the correct details, avoid at all costs
The worst customer service ever. They hang up on you mid question and block your number. Woman does not understand English. She is so rude as if she is doing the client a favour. Doesn't know the meaning of service.
It's a second time I requested a cleaner from this company. First time the cleaner was an hour late! But at least she apologised and said that it's a company fault, for not giving her enough travel time between the jobs.

Today was the second time I called them. this time the cleaner was 1.40 min late. No apology from the cleaner or the company. Even I texted the company twice to find out where she is, had no reply. I had to send the cleaner back when she arrived, as it was too late.
