So Galaxy makes the switch to Magica and all of a sudden the opportunity to win free credits just disappears without notice. To ad insult to injury, when Imade a couple of inquiries through the interface to get an answer, I was deducted credits. I call BS. I paid for a yearl subscription and feel I'm not receiving the benefits I was promised.

I had a subscription with these folks at 15.00 per month. My project was over, but I had amassed about 4 months of credits. I canceled my subscription because I had enough credits for my next project. When I logged into my account to begin my new project all my previous work was gone and my credits where deleted. This was their reply: When you cancel your subscription with Magica, your unused credits typically only roll over if the subscription remains active. Upon cancellation, you lose promotional pricing, and your history, media generations, and saved prompts are deleted. Unfortunately, this means your credits and previous projects may not be recoverable. If you rejoin later, you will pay the then-current pricing. Please let me know if you need further assistance..... So I lost about 60.00 in subscription fees. If I canceled my account I could see this happening, but I thought my active account would still keep my credit

The company stated then when I re-subscribe my previously earned credits will immediately be available.

I have been using Magica’s AI agent to help produce a full graphic novel, and the application has been genuinely impressive. The biggest challenge in solo graphic novel creation is maintaining consistent characters across different scenes, angles, and emotional moments. Magica makes that process much easier by using reference images to guide new generations.

The user experience has been smooth and practical. I created a master prompt generation document, fed it into the agent, and from there the agent was able to generate multiple images based on my script. That workflow made the production process feel organized instead of overwhelming.

The technology is what really stands out. Being able to turn a script and character references into a repeatable image-generation pipeline feels game changing for independent creators. Magica makes full graphic novel production feel possible without needing a large studio team.

Just spent $100 for extra credits in addition to subscription and now it is Magica – and the landing page is a barren dessert of nothingness with no escape!!!
No notice no guidance just abandoned with unfinished projects and cannot even edit a photo much less a cinematic masterpiece.

Since taking over Galaxyai, Magica has been nothing but a disapointment. From incorrectly recalculating the 'free credit' day count so I lost my streak(5/12/2026 and 5/16/2026), to being told I do not have enough credits to perform one task(5/12/2026) when I have over 59 million credits, the reliability is currently nonexistent. And customer service or response to texts? Forget about it. No response.(5/12/2026 and 5/16/2026) With all the AI, it seems like you could at least have AI doing that task for you. Thanks for ruining a good thing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $400.

Galaxy AI, now known as Magica, is a one-stop shop for so many AI functions. Videos can be created within minutes, projects such as clipart and journals, coloring books can be made to look stunning. I haven't even accessed half of the capabilities of this platform yet, as I have been so happy with the videos and page generation functions!

I learned about Galaxy.AI now Magica from a YouTube short, I had previously used Canva for some creative projects and was very impressed by the selection of different modules. Magica is an AI hub that takes the best of AI systems for audio, images, video, and more. They are constantly adding new features and take input from their community to further improve the product. Magica's AI system can meet any creative need you can think of. The support team is responsive and address any bugs or problems almost right away. I would highly recommend this product.

Bought lifetime access for ElevenLabs, but it only includes the Starter plan, which does not have Professional Voice Clone: very misleading marketing and a waste of money. Do not buy or subscribe to Galaxy.ai.

Magica has been a massive timesaver for me. Having Claude, GPT, and Gemini all in the same dashboard is so much easier than constantly switching between a million open tabs just to compare different AI outputs.

The built-in templates and workflows make it super easy to churn out content and social media posts quickly. The interface can feel a bit cluttered at times because there’s just so much packed into it, but honestly, you can't beat the value. It saves me a fortune on separate subscriptions every month. If you use AI a lot for work or side projects, it’s definitely worth checking out to simplify your setup.

I love it. I am soooo happy I found this. Being a single mother of 3 kids, this has been a lifesaver. it has saved me from spending hundreds/month on tools I NEED.

I can't say enough about Magica (formerly Galaxy.ai), but having access to all the AI tools they have available is just incredible. I have used several of the tools to take my video creations to a whole different level, from the AI Talking Photo Generator to the photo enhancer. Magica has it all and then some. One of my favorites is the Chat Arena, where you can pick 4 different AI's and put in one prompt and get four outputs and pick the one you like the best. And I've only used their support one time, and it was truly a great experience. They were fast to respond and very knowledgeable, and they have an extensive tutorial library.
I highly recommend Magica to all content creators, whether you're new to using AI or a seasoned veteran. They have the tool you need to get the job done.

My experience with Magica (Galaxi Ai) has nothing short of amazing. The more I use Magica, the better I get at writing prompts. The tools available to those that subscribes are such a time and money saver. I give this app 5 stars only because there is not a way to give it more than 5 stars.

Magica, the rebrand of Galaxy.ai, is the all-in-one AI platform I didn't know I needed. Access to GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity alongside image and video generation under a single login. Smart, fast, and refreshingly simple.

I am the author of Filmmaking for Dummies. This is a serious warning about Galaxy.ai. I signed up for the unlimited $400 a few weeks ago. Points went quickly. But the most serious issue is, they changed their name to Magica and locked out all previous owners of Galaxy and are requesting an additional $400 to get back into our accounts. I tried emailing them, and I tried their Bot messaging and NO ONE has gotten back to me. Had to call my credit card company to report them. I did hear a rumor they may be shut down for illegal activites. If you had Galaxy you are probably locked out now too. Several hundred of my followers have reported being locked out and are now trying to do a class-action lawsuit, but no one has a direct contact for Galaxy.
