Information provided by various external sources

Magical Treehouse Children's Books are brought to you by Todd Henderson (Author) and James McNulty (Illustrator) - an utterly devoted team, creating the most entertaining, enjoyable and interesting books we possibly can. The original book, Only Oscar! The Dragon's Disguise, is based on Todd's son Oscar, who once heard what he believed to be a dragon, but was in fact a thunderstorm. That set the perfect scene for a child, whose adventures all begin in his magical treehouse, to flee a dragon and be educated by his family on a storm and why he shouldn't be scared; but with a fun and enjoyable twist! Ever since then, Todd & James have been lost in writing & illustrating stories, publishing seven in this series so far with multiple titles outside of this. Todd & James first met via have a mutual friend who, by pure chance, attended a meal Todd and, amidst the all too varying conversation, took interest in Only Oscar! series, which was a dormant book at the time written for Todd's son when got a little older. After the initial introduction, Todd & James have never looked back and you could not find two more determined and excited individuals based on such an incredible journey and even more incredible reviews to date. In essence, they are like two schoolboys living their dream and releasing their inner child once more which is obviously reflected throughout their children's books, perfect for boys and girls of all ages.

Great, fun books.

My children love these books and always want me to read the whole set to them.
Great characters and stories, really capture kids imaginations.
I also like the the way it's written, quite tongue twisting, as it makes it fun for adults to read.

My family absolutely LOVES the author …

My family absolutely LOVES the author and illustrator! The books are exciting, entertaining and allows you to easily animate the stories. My children love the characters, adventures and choose these books for repetitive reading over many others they own.
I thoroughly enjoy how the author engages children minds to be creative and gives back to the communities to keep them interested in reading and writing.

I have to say, it's all a pleasure and we work hard to ensure children not only want to read our books but live the story themselves. Giving back to communities with our workshops is something we love and wouldn't change our journey for the world :)

Magical Treehouse Books engage your children

I am not sure who loves the Magical Treehouse books more, me or my children. The characters are lively and the stores are captivating. The illustrations are fun and colorful. We have several of the Magical Treehouse books and they are all favorites that we read several times a week. My kids never get bored with the stories! The Magical Treehouse books are helping to instill a love for reading in my young children and that will benefit them for life.

My children's favourite

My children love these books. The humour and stories are well written and have kept my two boys captivated. The length of the stories makes them a great bed time read and they are also a great addition to a teacher classroom selection.
