Made a big mistake of listing property in magic bricks. Getting fraud calls. Customer Care is the worst thing here. Nobody is bothered after you list your property and face issues. You are left alone on your own.

BEWARE. They are bunch of scammers. They tell paid members have seperate listing which is not listed which others see. And he will guide you after becoming member. Once you make the payment they next minute itself they don't respond to your message or calls.

I can give minus 10 rating.
I paid for platinum for 6 months. MB sales team pestered. I was stupid to pay. Do not waste your money with this company.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!It is a site of fraudsters. Please don't take any plan from them. Recently I was searching for home in Hyderabad and I came across some 12 listing of 1 BHK Flat in Ramky Towers for Rs 13000 per month. But when I went Ramky Towers and checked there is no 1 BHK, all are 3 BHK flats in Ramky Towers,Hyderabad. So I doubt that Magic bricks is aware of this false listing and they are just duping people.

Very disappointing experience.

I made a full payment to this real estate agency for listing my property, but after the payment was made, they stopped responding to my calls and messages. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have not listed my property or provided any update or timeline.

This level of poor communication and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. I trusted them to handle my property with care and transparency, but I’ve only been left with frustration.
I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service. Be cautious before making any payments upfront.

After of package is purchased support from support team service is bad.

Do not buy any paid plans from MagicBricks. After sales support is zero and waste of time and your money. Before sales they have an awesome team which will contact you using different channels - Phone / WhatsApp, etc

Once you buy a plan they stop calling you and also does not give any worth benefit.

SCAM!!! They even don't bother send number to my emil/mobile number when I contact even brokers forget owners, they register bogus property to attract customer when you open contact a bogus number will come up one of sellers number was mentioned +91 3652595436. I rasied ticket, ticket resolved my contact remaining did not change.

Worst property listing site, only fake callers abd scammers contact you .give it a miss and don't waste money and time paying for their subscription plans....

Don’t take paid services all scams they have not single buyer all fake contracts

This is a fraud site. I took gold membership as a owner and they said upto 30 buyers can contact me.
All the buyers who contacted were fake and their own people. They just view and use up the credit and dont even see the property. This is how all the credits got over in fee days. They are completely fake. Dont use MagicBricks !!!

The company executives keep calling to buy a premium subscription and when denied to do so they start misbehaving and talk nonsense. The company needs to get their standards high when it comes to customer service and hire some sensible and educated staff for cold calling.

This is a scam company they show fake listings and offer there subscription to show owner contact details, after paying for the susbcription they don't share details and say payment not processed. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Cheats, fraudsters, scamesters. Flase properties will be listed to make you pay. Once u pay. The properties will disappear. So will the sales person. Top management to bottom workers all cheats

It's VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS from magicbricks for every time sending me the same rental flat again and again repititively which is not available it's a wrong listing.

Though I have mailed many a times with the screenshots attached but your agents are so CARELESS, NEGLIGENT, BOTHERLESS AND IGNORANT to the sent complaints.

Plus I tried on the magicbricks customer service no. 0120 686 6600 every time it was not reachable but when I reached they took my callback request but all in vain only a FOOLING, FALSE, FAKE AND FRAUD replies. The WORST, CHEAP, CHEATING, LYING, FOOLING, FALSE, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS services provided by magicbricks and their customercare.

We would like to bring to your attention a deeply disappointing experience we’ve had with MagicBrick, represented by two individuals, Jatin and Tejas, who approached us with a package promising valuable lead generation for our three renowned projects.

Despite making the payment in good faith, the package turned out to be completely ineffective and misleading. We have not received any impactful or relevant leads as promised, rendering the entire offering non-beneficial to our business objectives.

We, therefore, demand an immediate and full refund, as the package has failed to deliver any value to us.

Additionally, based on our experience, we strongly advise all builders and developers in Baroda not to engage with MagicBrick or with anyone claiming to represent them. It is crucial that such misleading and ineffective partnerships be avoided to protect the interests of our real estate community.

We hope for a swift resolution and expect prompt action on the refund.

This is certainly a fraud company. I paid INR 4,600 to list my property and their sales guy (Aman Sharma) called me to pay more for a premium service and I refused. Their customer service email is no longer valid and there is no phone number for you to talk to anyone to get your money back. I have paid them to post my property for two weeks and still not posted. I sent them property pictures to upload and no reply. I never get any OTP on my mobile or email... What a fraud company!!! Please stay away from them.

Fraud fake scamsters should be closed purchase titanium pro plan baseless and useless they only provided 35 contacts out of which many of them were frauds or brokers and those handful of few 5-10 were genuine they were not even looking for the property in my area i posted my property with a rent of 15000 which was furnished and i downed my rent to just half 9000 rs but then also their fake services wasn't useful at all on app they are showing that people are making enquiry and i got 250 enquiries but none contacted and I'm not able to even contact them as my quota only allows 35 people which were also half of them fake or upi scammers. Just money looters fake company

Hi all, please don't ever by mistake also choose this app. I have wasted my money. No properties at all. No customer care services. Very worst App. Very less house advertisements. No houses shown in some selected areas. Very very bad service
