they are not deserving at all for the stars. Totally fraud company. Sales person misguide to buy the premium packages. Once u got the premium package they refuse to provide you the services including in the packages
In package they mention free photo shoot for the property but when u buy as per the guidance of their sales person they giving you the excuse that photoshoot not aloud in that city and all. Also no guidance provided by any agent regarding anything. no leads regarding the property came. they will said that out of 1000 emails they sent 65o or 800 mails to clients but no response will came from those mails and you will not getting any proof that mails were sent or not. they only take payment from you and provided nothing against that. worst website ever. Fraud company. Don't go with this company they are giving false statements regarding their services.

Disgusting service after taken paid services or you opt any plan please do not waste your money on any of the service magic brick plans Disgraceful they have no regrets about your concerns.

Magicbrics is a fraud website. I have complained but no response from magicbrics and people are cheating from this website.

I had made a mistake in the listing information. i TRIED to change it ,and it didnt allow, pushing me to purchase the plan.

How do these kind of companies gain trust, without even allowing the customer to try the app or website. When i complained, they said sorry with no actual help or support.
There was a usual useless "sorry" instead of actually helping customer to try the website and listing the unit.
This hard sell will bring down magicbricks . Such business should cease to exist.

This is a fraud website. We have posted an ad . They called many times before paying money but after paying money there is no response from them. We tried calling them but they didn't lift the call. We tried with many numbers . Please don't trust this website. This is fraud .

This is one of the worst lying real estate sites around. Terrible experince using it.

I bought super titanium scheme paying 10400 rupees and it’s of absolutely no use - trust me.

Inspite buying this scheme it will prompt to buy another scheme if you try to call anyone interested

Secondly I doubt all the ones who shows interest too. They must be paid by Magic Bricks just to make you believe there are some buyers interested and when you ping them or try to call them no one will respond

Don’t waste your hard earned money and as mentioned it’s of no use and YOU WONT GET ANY and ANY BENEFIT OUT OF IT

Worst broking platform I have ever experiences. The details shown vs the details shared by agents are always different. Pictures are not displayed properly, if clicked then takes to another page. Even to extract agents contact number is so complicated. When you click on "Contact Agent/Owner" it says sent on your whtsapp, then the link on whatsap again takes to a website. Today I found the image links of properties not working on chrome, so I tried login to my account from Microsoft Edge, where after putting OTP it said you have tried maximum attempt (on first attempt only). Nevetheless I tried contactin on chat support where again I was sent an OTP for verification, but it said invalid in spite of putting the same OTP as I recieved. There is no customer care number mention on the website. I found one on goole page link 0120 610 3900, a security guard picked up and asked to contact 01206866600 further. This number everything is auto voice based, neither it try to understan the real problem nor it connects to someone to raise the issue. Upon pressing 5 option to speak to somone, it says high volume and would discconnect automatically. I wasted my money by taking MB prime membership, you please don't. Dont trsut this company. A company like @nobroker is much better where every information is transparent, easily accessible and no brokerage fees applicable.

Worst customer service. They are fooling sellers into buying plan with limited credits and limited duration. Most of the enquiries are fake, with invalid numbers and brokers. It was a terrible experience and I have wasted my money and time on this third class app. Would never recommend sellers to take its subscription.

they took 4000 rupees as titanium membership,
but after the package is activated not getting any leads , after calling they told me that I need to pay another 20000 rupees, worst service and fraud company

website doesn't work outside india. few pages worked for payment, but others didnot. Lost money paid for subscription. Customer care and Grievance kept saying it will be fixed for weeks. No response to my refund request. Frauds!! don't use this website.

All executives are giving wrong commitments, Till we take the subscription they use to call us. After taking the subscription if they ask for a call back they will not make the call as per the requested time.

Despite having a highly sought-after property in Hitech City, Hyderabad, they failed to deliver results. Their representatives make false promises, take payment, and then fail to follow through.

The paid subscription offers no additional benefits compared to the free version. Their claims of personalized support are misleading, as you'll only receive occasional, unhelpful calls.

If they can't sell a prime property like Hitech City, it's unlikely they'll succeed with less desirable properties.

Strongly advise against paying for MagicBricks' services. Stick with the free version, and save your time and money

Do not bother with this crap MB. It does not work outside India after you have created your account while in India. I cannot contact or respond to queries.
I think they have some checks in place to disable access from outside India. Total trash, I have lost Rs 4K in subscription

My experience is very bad. I took their membership twice. I got many leads first time,but none got converted. I felt doubt and took membership again. This time too, many leads, but this time, it is the same set of people who enquired and visited my residence first time. Magicbricks is clearly manipulating the leads, it is their people only. Not a good company to post the property for sell, waste of time and money.

This company is a total fraud!! Have been trying to get an appointment to view a flat on their site for the last month and keep getting other properties sent to me! Today a member of their staff rang and said there were 2 flats available in the building I’m interested in, made me pay Rs.1600 for some package which would ensure I would be given the owners numbers and as soon as money was paid she asked me to hang up. Not a word after that!! Disgusting 😡
