I did not receive my product, and despite many attempts to contact the seller, I received no response

I have not received my order. It should have been delivered by the 24th October & it still hasn’t arrived. It’s for my son’s birthday present on the 4th November

Update… still has not not arrived and it’s the 5 November .. still waiting to here about my refund

Item not received. Not answering my messages and emails. Messaged on fb. Message read and liked!! But no reply. Avoid.

Doesn’t send items brought and doesn’t reply to emails. Total scam

Items return as box delivered in had been eaten in to got told when they got them back they where sorry about condition and would send Items again this has never happened 4 months down the line so paid for nothing

I have brought a few items from magiccrafthouseuk and I have never been disspointed with each item I have received they have always arrived on time and well packaged I had brought a little ornament for my sister for Christmas with her cats name on it and my sister loved it saying that the items Mary makes are as good as stuff my sister sells to garden centers for my sisters company,to the point my sister didn't belive me or my son when we told her this was all hand made so I would definitely recommend Mary if you ever want anything made.
