DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM-LEVEL EXPERIENCE.

I ordered an ebike in February 2026. TWO MONTHS passed before this company even shipped my order — no proactive updates, no explanation, no apology. I had to chase them down repeatedly just to get basic information about an order I had already paid for in full.

The bike finally shipped on April 2nd with a confirmed delivery date of April 8th. That date came and went. My bike never arrived. It is now well past the promised delivery window and I STILL do not have my product.

The communication throughout this entire process has been an absolute disgrace. Responses are slow, vague, and completely unhelpful. No one can tell me where my bike is. No one is offering a refund. No one is taking ownership of this disaster. Every interaction feels like I'm being stalled and brushed off by people who have zero interest in actually resolving the problem.

I paid good money for an ebike I have never received. This company took my money in February, sat on my order for nearly two months, shipped it late, missed their own delivery date, and now can't locate or replace my package. This is not a logistics issue — this is a failure at every single level: sales, fulfillment, communication, and customer service.

I am filing complaints with the BBB, my credit card company, and the FTC. I urge anyone considering a purchase from this company to look elsewhere. This has been one of the most infuriating, disrespectful consumer experiences I have ever had. They have my money and I have nothing to show for it.
