Been waiting two months for a truck

Advertising on face book absolutely disgusting

Would have given a zero star absolutely shocking company no reples back to several emails no contact number at all. Wish I had read reviews first. I ordered over a month ago and still not received my item. Contacting zilch to refund me

Ordered 6 4-in-1 Data Cable Phone Stands as stocking fillers on 12 Nov 22. Order acknowledged and on the way 13 Nov 22. Arrived a few days later with no problems. Suspect that some stock is held in UK and others come from China (despite the UK email address and website), so others have had bad experiences. Have learned to check the .co.uk companies thoroughly to find out where they are really based. Suggest anyone using this site does the same rather than be frustrated and disappointed.

This company has refused to submit tracking information or even say where it is in the country. I have constantly sent them emails requesting this information and the only reply had been a copy of my order. I for one will not order from them again so now starts the battle to get my money back.

wish i had read the reviews before i placed my order as i know now that i have been scammed and my order will not arrive . hard lesson but i have learned. i am going to contact trading standards and small claims court . they should not get away with this DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Unfortunately, in a hurry to buy for a Christmas present I purchased from this site a sunflower picture which looked amazing.
What arrived was not what I ordered. I have tried to contact but they are ignoring me but thankfully I purchased via PayPal so they are on the case! Be very aware and stay clear!

I ordered a Christmas jumper on the 20/11/22 and on the 1/12/22 I sent an email to ask what was happening.
On the 2/12/22 they said my order was on it's way with Hermes. I have tried to track it to day and they say. Unfortunately, your parcel reference number does not match a parcel reference number created on our system.
So I think I have lost money to them.
So I would advice that you do not order from them.

Not the same as advertised picture 4 times smaller, postage took ages, plus there own reviews are fictitious..I wrote a 1 star review never appeared on their reviews.

Do not order from this company I received an order which was completely different from what I had paid and all you get is a robot reply so not interested in answering you via email or messenger

Order never arrived. Contacted the company to advise who did respond to say they will refund, however 3 weeks later i am still waiting and they have run a ground. SCAM company.

Why no zero star status - trading standards should get involved here. Ordered some cards advertised as luxury £9.99 for 12. Very small, don’t fit envelopes, printed wonky on shiny paper - only fit for the bin. No response on messenger. They don’t send invoice or order number completely untraceable.

I ordered a dinosaur truck a month ago and still have not received this, sent several messages to the company and had no reply it states 10-14 day’s delivery, Looking at the reviews im now concerned it is not a legitimate company, yet still advertising on websites and facebook, wont ise this company again

Less than one star!!! Zero response after failing to provide order confirmation or delivery details. Only save in grace was that I ordered on Klarna so have paused future payments from going out. Complete scam of a company. 5 emails sent over the course of 4 weeks with no response. How can this company operate??????

I don't understand why this company is allowed to advertise on social media if it's thought to be a scam

Placed an order which was confirmed by email, second email saying shipment on way and quoting a tracking number which it seems was false. Emailed company twice, so far no reply

I ordered sweater and realised that it wouldn’t arrive in time for function as it will be dispatched from China. I requested a refund via email and allowing for time differences had a quick response to this saying that refund would be made in 3-5 days. After 2 days I received full refund to my PayPal account. I have no problem with the communication with this company but cannot comment on quality of products as order was cancelled

Rubbish, avoid,won't answer any messages. I ordered an xl canvas I received a postcard size one.Klarna no help as its the company who deals with orders.Rip of company!!!!

Ordered a gift for Christmas. I've not received it so used they tracking number they gave me. It doesn't exist. I've tried emailing but no response. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I WILL REPORT YOU TO TRADING STANDARDS.

I ordered a shower head on 11.11.22 from this company. Surely if they are a UK company you would have thought it would have been delivered by now. It's now 20/11 and still no goods. Judging by the other reviews I will lucky if I receive this.

ordered a gift 7/11/22 - still hasnt even been dispatched. have emailed customer service as there is NO phone no - they didnt even respond. really wish had checked Trust Pilot before i ordered anything. would give 0 stars - useless. AVOID
